Holds charge for long time. Shines pretty far at night. Exposed some cool rock colors. Shows pet stains as white which was amazing and gross.... cleaned carpets immediately after seeing that!

This thing is Awesome........kind of. It works extremely well. Just be aware that if you have pets, your house might actually look like a crimescene. Backstory: we rescue animals, dogs and cats. And like people, those animals, often have hard lives that can cause some rather unappealing behaviors. Recently, we discovered a strong smell of urine that we had never had before. Turned out one of the cats had a genetic condition that caused him extreme pain and him to pee outside the litter box. That set off all the other cats. Got him treated, enzyme cleaned all the spots and had the carpets professionally cleaned. I bought this to make sure I didn't miss any spots. Holy crap. First off, this light does exactly what it says it did. You'll see everything. I did not know beforehand that enzymes and professional cleaners cannot remove the phosphorous that is in urine. You may not be able to smell it or see it, but turn this light on and you have Murder, She Wrote right in your hallway. Highly recommend the light before the problem so you can spot them when you have them.

Good light but the protective box it came "in" was completely smashed to pieces. Came with a battery and charger.

Got this as a stocking stuffer for my son. It's super fun to use especially looking at rocks and minerals. The black light shows all kinds of interesting things. It's a good scientific tool too.

I just got this today and I couldn't wait to try it. This is because I recently discovered that my 2 cats have been peeing outside of their cat pans for whatever reason that cats do the things they do. Holy Smokes, I discovered that with a good UV light I have been living in a Jackson Pollock painting. I found so many animal, kid and adult spit, throw up, pee, sneeze and cough spray glowing happily in blotches and drips everywhere. Along with cleaners, detergents and things that can't possibly be figured out way up on the walls. A word of wisdom here, NEVER EVER shine this light in the bathroom, you cannot unsee that!!!!! I also discovered that my Grandmother's amber jewelry was not amber, I'm glad I didn't bring it to Antique Roadshow.

Well, this light is nice and bright when the battery is fresh, it only lasts about 10 minutes before becoming dim and unusable when using the included rechargeable battery. It also has a weird quirk/design flaw that prevents it from charging on a normal USB-C cable; it will only charge on the included cable (which I’ve lost),

We purchased these UV flashlights for Yooperlite hunting next spring, and although we haven’t had the chance to fully test them out yet, we’re impressed with the build and features so far. The 20W power and 365nm wavelength should provide strong illumination for finding Yooperlites, and the rechargeable 5000mAh battery is a major plus for long-lasting use. The flashlight feels sturdy in hand, and the black light effect is very bright, promising effective results when hunting for fluorescent rocks. We’re looking forward to seeing how they perform during actual use next season, but based on initial impressions, they seem like a solid investment for our adventure. Looking forward to testing them in the field!
