VERY comfy, I wish I would’ve gotten a size bigger (I got XL) but I like baggy shirts/hoodies but I’m 6’1” and around 200lb and it fits good, not too snug, not too baggy. They have button style straps to strap to your belt so it doesn’t ride up your back at higher speeds, I’ve worn it while on the highway when it was 30° and I was warm the whole ride. The weight is a good quality kind of weight, not way too heavy but you can definitely tell you’re wearing it. I love the style and the breathability, it had great warmth and good pads. I’d definitely buy it again!

First off, this is a great price point. Under $50 for an armored sweatshirt is excellent. But then there’s the quality. The fabric is thick and feels soft to the touch. At first it felt awkward putting it on, but when it’s on it just feels like I’m in a normal hoodie. The zippers for the pockets are not cheap. Thick and durable feeling. The fit is excellent. I took an XL. I’m 6’0 215, and broader shoulders. My normal size for a hoodie is XL so the sizing for me is exact. I’m sitting here with it on while giving this review and is so comfortable I’ve decided to buy one in another color as well.

The quality is nice it’s thick it fits perfect to the size chart it looks super good in my opinion it’s some warm in cold weather only problem I had with it is it had trash pads but I can icon pads I swapped out and the back belt loop broke off first day but other then that not bad !

Fits true to size, heavy and heavy duty hoodie, went with the fluorescent color for visibility. Perfect armor for eskate/onewheel/escooter type activities. wouldn't rely on padding for motorcycling.Has thumb loops though not very useful if you wear gloves or wrist guards, nice mesh interior and malleable padding to reshape the hoodie once on. overall super impressed with the quality for the price!

Runs about 2 sizes smaller than it says. It is very thick and seems like a good quality.

I was looking for some gear that was a little more stealth for when I take my bike to school and thought I would give this a shot, since I have other BYKR gear that I did like.The first thing you need to know is that the sweatshirt itself is incredibly good quality. I am amazed that it is not more money. It is true to size.The second thing you need to know is that it is incredibly awkward to put on and take off due to the CE armor, but I think that is a very fair trade off. The armor however is not the most comfortable when doing non-motorcycle activities, but when you are riding, there is zero issue.Now for thermal properties, aka is this going to keep you warm. This is actually not the easiest to answer. If you are not on your bike on a somewhat warm day (70 F) you are going to be very hot when not riding, but very comfortable when you are. For temperatures around 50 F, things start to get a bit chilly, mostly because the sweatshirt does not break much wind, so air will just go right through.So should you get this? It really depends. If you are looking for a secondary piece of gear that offers some protection and is convenient for short rides, absolutely. If you are a beginner and do not already have a proper motorcycle jacket, I would recommend on holding off.

Fits pretty well and I like the impact protection, but the inner liner has started ripping. If I washed it in the machine like it says not to then maybe I could see this happening, but I haven't and it's ripped to the point I can't put the pads in. Not impressed.Update : customer service replaced the hoodie free of charge. Still enjoying it and so far the issue I faced before hasn't happened with this one. Updating cause of the quick reply and great reps. Hope this one stays in one piece.Update2: Hoodie as ripped again. The stitching in this mesh lining is not good. Tearing in the same spot as the original I purchased. Still functions and the padding can still be removed. That being said this will only get bigger and continue to be an issue. I don't want a replacement, just ask that production, QA or whomever takes a closer look at quality. These are not expensive. I get that, but I'd like to get a little more life out of the product.

I purchased a black BKYR hoodie for me and a grey one for my wife. I was so surprised by how thick, solid, and comfortable they were. You can wear them with the armor, or wear them casually without it. I just want to wear them all the time in my rotation of hoodies because they are warm and comfortable. I wear them casually without the armor. I am so pleased with these hoodies. If my wife would let me, I would buy all the colors. Like one reviewer mentioned, a little difficult to put on with the armor, but once it’s on, you can ride in peace and comfort. BYKR produced a quality product with this hoodie.
