I have PCOS and cycles are super irregular, being months before have a cycle. Within the first 5-6 days my cycle started. It did last about two weeks but it wasn’t very light. I’m hoping by continuing to drink it every morning that it shortens it. Still gets five star from me.

This tea does what it says it does. I’m almost 3 weeks post myomectomy surgery and I have already had a regular cycle thanks to this tea. Before my surgery it also kept my cycles regular. The taste is not bad at all.

Given the pricen the quantity could have been better. Very easy to prepare and taste good. Regarding its claim, we are still trying it out, so will update later if actulaay works.

Get the tea. Just get it. Also get a loose tea strainer. My camps were so bad I would take multiple ibuprofen 800 for my first 2-3 days, my periods lasted 6-7 days, I had terrible mood swings, my stomach was a bottomless pit, and I would go through multiple ultra tampons my first 3 days. I’ve been drinking the tea once a day for less than a month and I had no cramps, I didn’t take any medication, I used only the super and regular tampons, my mood was normal, my appetite didn’t change and now my cycle only lasts 4 days.
