So fun!
My ten year old loved this. Hours and hours of throwing the guy out the window watching him parachute down. Very well made and made my boy very happy.

HALO!!
Won’t lie. I love this toy as well. But in fact we’re gifts for my kids birthday. So I frequently get to use.Very durable. Much more durable than the GI Joes I grew up with. (3.75 inch).Excellent poseability.

Add to your Joe collection!
What can you say about this figure... if you are a GI Joe fan this a must for your collection. Well made and cool looking figure. The arms, legs, and torso can articulate easily making it a ease to pose. The paint quality is good and you have to consider these are mass produced. For the price you cant complain. Well worth it.

Fantastic looking figure with a few flaws
For those not aware this 60th Anniversary Action “air force” “ pilot”? Figure is a full head to toe repaint of the recent Airborne figure. With a few more accessories. The good? The figure itself looks fantastic. The full camo face paint makes it hard to even realize that it’s a full airborne reuse, even the head. He’s a good figure that really stands out.The bad? The accessories are a very mixed bag. To the point where you are very confused about what this character and figure is supposed to be. Some things make him seem like a pilot. Other things seem to claim he is a HALO jumper. Thematically the figure is a mess. Most people will set him up with the Pilot Helmet and oxygen mask. But for the mask to work it has to be attached to the big clunky “functional” parachute backpack. The backpack and parachute are the biggest flaws of the figure. The set comes with an olive drab green cloth parachute. Connected by oddly thin thread or string to a square cloth bit that sits on the connection peg between the figure and backpack. Apparently the chute is supposed to be folded and packed in the backpack. For the first time in gi Joe classified the backpack opens and can hold something. The backpack is made of a stiff slightly rubbery plastic. The first time you open the top flap to put something in it, the thin plastic hinge will show immediate stressing and cracking. The second time you touch it the flap will break off.The Parachute will bring to mind so many fun parachute toys from the 70’s and 80’s. The original classic GI Joe set. Or the Fisher Price Adventure People one. This chute is not that. It doesn’t have enough drag to actually slow the figure. Assuming it isn’t tangled in its web of cheap thread instead of straps. There really isn’t a display use for the parachute either. Of all of the anniversary figure soft goods. It’s the most pointless. The remainder of the figures gear is mostly just Airbornes. He has a combat helmet in addition to the pilot helmet. Knives and guns. Nice stuff, but nothing we haven’t seen before.Like I said the fully painted figure is gorgeous. Even if he looks a lot like the Valaverse Blowback.
