One of the best and most convenient things I've ever spent money on. The section sizes are great for mixing big pills and small pills, so there's no wasted space. I labeled the sections opossum I'd always know what was in each. This is sturdy and compact. The extra top keeps the sections closed and avoids any accidents of them popping open when it's shoved carelessly down in a purse or bag. Which of course I NEVER do. ;) if you're on the fence, get it!

Very compact and locks tightly . I used to find dozens of pills at the bottom of my handbag but no longer . Such a lovely , nifty contraption . Thank you for making this safety lock to solve my problem .

This is so much smaller than the picture leads you to believe. I was only able to fit a fraction of my vitamins in here compared to the generic daily pill holder you can get at Walmart. I was not happy with this at all. It is too big to only fit a tiny amount of pills in. It went back immedialtey. Especially for the price it really was a waste.

I like the idea of this box. I like that each separate compartment has a cover. However, the compartments themselves are a little small if you have big pills, and since the compartments are small and i need to take these big pills twice a day, i can't carry many around with me which was a little disappointing. The box closes really tight and so do the compartment covers, which is really good and adds security, but i'm a little concerned that i will have trouble opening the box/compartment covers on the days when my hands hurt.

After purchasing a medication box from Amazon about 10 months ago..That box needed an upgrade due to my own medication changes. I was looking for something similar, but a wee bit bigger (mostly the individual wells for each med). In the description and in the picture...This looked great. Sadly when it came, it was the exact same case I had with different colors and then a name labeled on the top. I will say that these boxes are very practical for loose change, jewelry, etc. It just isn't going to work for my meds this time.

Update- best case ever! I’ve had it awhile and I’ve dropped it. Accidentally placed in glue (long story) and this is so durable! My kids can’t get into it either. I will recommend and definitely reorder another should I need one.This is the best pill case I’ve found on the market. It keeps my pills organized and secure. It’s difficult for my children to try and open, and easy enough for me to work with.My only discrepancy was the one time I accidentally dropped it... the case didn’t open. However, when I opened the case some of the pills were all mixed up and falling out. This wasn’t much of a problem since the entire case had actually remained secure despite the fall.I also love the idea that it keeps what I’m taking from prying eyes around me. Granted, I try to take privately but sometimes I need to take them in a more public place.I carry this around in my purse and it works perfectly. I definitely recommend.I’ll update my review should things change.

I ordered this case for traveling and have used it several times now. It holds enough of my daily medications to last at least 3 weeks (my longest trip thus far). The lids of the separate containers are good and tight and don't pop open on their own. The outer latch is also very secure and the case itself is quite sturdy.

If you have ever had your pills spill out of their container into your purse, you will appreciate The Mighty Box. The locking mechanism keeps it tightly closed until you need the contents. It is very lightweight and has compartments to separate pills by type. I used mine while on vacation recently, and it was handy for my vitamins.
