Liqui Moly 20002 Cera Tec Friction Modifier (300 ml)

It's really awesome product. I own 2009 Honda civic. It's very good product for older car. Engine gets smooth, reduced friction.

I used this in my 2013 Chevy Captiva, run only ~34k km, during the annual oil change 3 months back, and also started using Liqi Moly super diesel additive. I can clearly see three things that have changed 1) Reduced noise from engine bay to cabin 2) slight improvement in mileage (10%) full tank to full tank method. 3) smoothness in engine during idle and on the run while acceleration/pick up Now planning to use diesel purge next time when I do fuel top up. And will continue this ceratec with every oil change hereafter. Updated: Changed the engine oil during routine annual interval, a couple of months back, odo reading at 38k. Used following items Liqui Moly Engine Flush Ceratec 2000 Shell 5W30 Post changing oil and topped up with diesel along with liquimoly diesel additive 1806, vehicle performance has increased considerably, smooth as showroom delivery, nil vibrations felt inside cabin, definitely increased mileage and better acceleration response from engine throttle.... Those who are on the fence don't....start using Liqui Moly products and see them transform your car engine n fuel lines. The only caveat I can add is regular servicing of your car as per OEM specs is a must. These are only great additions to the regular service, don't think these will convert a bad maintanened car into a gem..... Let's be practical

I used this in my New Ertiga(2021 model). Car is comparatively less travelled and in 2 years its only 9700 KMs. After using this I got a noticeable noise reduction just after 10 km. After running this for 1000KMs the engine vibrations are completely gone. I can hear only ignition and tyre noise when the car is running 100 KM/Hr. All vibrations and noise are reduced surprisingly. I got this at Rs. 1717 Pros: 1. Reduction in engine noise 2. Reduction in engine vibration 3. Car cold start gets smooth 4. The car feels like butter smooth even running at more than 100 km/s Cons: 1. Cost is high(with this price one can get a complete 3 Ltr new engine oil) but if your vehicle is crossed at least 20,000 KMs it's worth buying Personal Recommendation: I tried this in my car to check its performance and use, my car is less than 2 years old and average running is very low. If your vehicle is driven more than 20,000KMs then I think it's worth buying. But if your vehicle is brand new or less driven then no need to consider this and do consider the money you are spending on a product that may not help you a lot on a new or less driven engine. I did not find any major mileage difference so it's not helping me to get high mileage, but yes, the driving experience is great with this as this smoothens the engine noise and vibration. 10 Oct 2025 Update: Not sure if its ethenol side-effect or ceratec is now loosing its strength, but the engine noise is increased a bit, i can feel the vibration and noise inside the cabin, also the mileage is dropped marginally. Got this at 1355 rupees on Jan 2025. Now it is 2155 rupees. Clearly inflating the price go for something else or may be offline. I don't know if it works or not. Engines of some brands are naturally quiet. I didnot see improve in mileage. I think this is placebo effect.

Wow. After using this on my 10 year old car the engine vibrations are gone. The car is not able to do top speeds without any hesitations. Engine Runs very smooth and noise level has come down drastically. Please note my car has clocked 2 lac kilometres already and now after using this product it feels like a brand new engine.

Motorn har fungerat bra och går riktigt bra, men efter tillsatsen har motorn lugnat sig och känns som den är både tystare men förbrukar även mindre. Måste köra med den mer för att kunna ge en bättre bedömning. Men hitills verkar det fungera väl. Ska köpa en till flaska till min Q5 3.0
