I bought the 32GB Ryzen 7 5800U 500GB from Positive Belief Innovations Ltd via Amazon who where very prompt, helpful & honest answering my many pre-purchase queries. I wanted a relatively powerful and small PC and if I can upgrade should I wish in the future, they candidly told me yes or no and if no, then maybe a different machine.The PC is quite small, about the size of a palm sized camcoder. It has the magnetic flap which is easily removable for easy slotting of additional/higher spec RAM and also 2x SSD slots. If you want to add or expand hardware via these slots, then it is very accessible.The PC ran Windows 11 which was not so clear in the description on Amazon but setup was straightforward. After a couple of days as all the cumulative windows updates caught up, I had an issue with an update being stuck at a certain update percentage (note this is not a hardware issue but most likely Microsoft). The PC had a QR code sticker on it for help which linked to a Whatsapp chat to Acemagic. I wrote for help which they did and was resolved by powering off several times (which is what Microsoft suggested also on their websites).The PC so far in use is fast, quiet and apart from the software update hiccup (Microsoft issue), it is running very smoothly in the few weeks we have had it. The flashing LED lights can be switched off via a download from the manufacturer's website. I also been in contact via the Whatsapp help on technical queries on how to add hardware and what is compatible and they have also prompted answers very promptly as well as links.I do write reviews on some of my bigger purchases as I have found these very helpful myself eg. for this PC. The Acemagic help team naturally would like real reviews of their products and so have extended my warranty to 3 years which is nice if I write a review, no stipulation on the review itself I add.So far 5* for the machine & the service support.

Perfect for money very fast can run most of the games I play at 60fps with no issues on high graphics and works well for normal day to day use

Just brilliant in everything asked.Great memory, graphics and above all else is AMD not Intel.Would recommend it to anyone.

I've been using this little beast for almost a year now as our main TV PC in the living room, and I’ve been really impressed. It handles all our streaming needs, works well as a home server (running 24/7), and is also great for some casual gaming — either directly or via Steam Link.It’s quick and responsive, perfect for light gaming and emulation. I’ve upgraded it with two 2TB M.2 drives and added heatsinks to help with thermal management. For something this compact, the performance is excellent and it's been rock solid in daily use.The only real drawback is the lack of access to the second panel — there's no way to get to the fan or heatsink for cleaning, which would’ve been useful for long-term maintenance. Also, the side panel that is removable has a slot for a 40mm fan, but the grill is too restrictive and there’s no internal connector for it. I ended up running a small fan off a USB plug instead. That bay could really use better ventilation, especially if you’ve fully upgraded the internals like I have.That said, I’d still absolutely recommend this mini PC to anyone looking to turn their smart TV into a much smarter one. It’s more than capable for media, browsing, office work (even a bit of overkill there), and some light gaming. Super versatile, great form factor, and excellent value for the price.I would’ve loved to try the Ryzen 9 version that came out later, but this one has served me really well so far. Highly recommended.

using this gaming PC for playing Roblox and other medium performance games. PC was easy to setup and started gaming right away. The fan makes little to no noise and is able to dissipate heat appropriately. I am very pleased with the performance of this PC because not only it’s small but also able to run many games while streaming other content. I noticed a little lag at first but after changing the setting on the power knob to high performance the PC increased performance and noticed little to no lag. The aesthetics are very beautiful with the bright neon colors. I love the fact that the PC is small and compact that can be placed anywhere and could also be taking for travels or on the go. The image quality is spectacular and great for streaming in 4K. Definitely a PC worth the money for a compact and powerful machine.

So I got this to test out downsizing from a “full-size” big rig. My needs are such that most of the time, game-wise, I am playing something that was released ages ago (you know that steam back catalog you have) and honestly everything else I do is pretty normal. Seems like this little chap will get the job done nicely. I am impressed! Plus, makes no noise and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t use practically any power unless I’m mid-subnautica. Oh also, very clean windows install. No bloatware/adware etc. a real bonus.
