It is one of the best food processor available in the market. We have been using this product from las 15 years in our family. The best thing about thi is that it is user friendly, stong and does not require much care. However, ity performs all functions in kitchen. Quality of its output is up to expected level. Spares are easily available and easy to maintain.New machines which are now days available are:1. More expensive,2. Highly Delicate with regard to lock and quite often locks get damaged and food processor becaome in operative.3. Even jars are quite delicate and start leaking quite often.

I appreciate the quick almost turn around response the company gives to the customer. They support and help you resolve the problem.The product is good to see and has all the useful daily use utility features. All this at a very reasonable price.Inalsa have several service dealers and few of them seems to be truly proficient.I bought The Inalsa Fiesta from Amazon and on un boxing I saw a card that suggested calling to check if a free demo is available in the area. I did that and lo had to wait 12 days for the technician to turn up. He told us the basics and how the safety features work and left. Next day when we tried using the machine to slice sliced Lokia the fine slicer blade just came off the plate (the welding gave way). Then we tried kneading flour and in 3-4 seconds the machine would trip off. I complained. and after a long time(almost a month) their service rep. eventually came to examine and said the motor is defective and will be changed. Then after about a fortnight the motor was changed. In all it took about 2 months for us to be able to use the machine after unboxing it.We have started using the food processor, and it is working OK.

I didn't like a single feature of this processor although I bought this for dough kneading purpose. The machine mfg quality is very cheap and when I said to their technical person he responded that we are over loading the atta that's the reason we are facing issues.Man, we are educated people need to understand how to use electric products. Even though they don't have availability of the tools, it took almost 7 days time to change the tool and MOST IMPORTANT WE HAVE ONLY USED FOR 5 MONTHS AND FACING THIS ISSUES. 2 YEARS WARRANTY THEY HAVE GIVEN. LYING TO THE CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDING FAKE AND DULL QUALITY PRODUCT.I don't understand why AMAZON still supporting these brands who are only providing stupid quality product and wasting people's money.REALLY PATHETIC BRAND. THIS WILL BE MY THIRD TIME TO CONNECT WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MACHINE REPAIR.Please guys do not buy this brand, you will loose your hard earned money.

Got it within one day at a price of Rs. 3200. Yeah, seriously 3200.In market, you will get the same product at rs. 6000 but here in diwali sale, I got it in only 3200₹.Demo date on same day. But all you need to do is to contact the customer care for demo. They don't assisgn free engineer visit for demo unless you contact them.Product is awesome. You can get everything.Chopping, atta maker, juicer, mixer, grinder like everything.Too many blades are available. Almost everything.Overall quality of blades and jars are good.Both plastic and metal jars are available and believe me, plastic jars are very tough and unbreakable.They took security very seriously and until you fix everything properly on Mixer, mixer won't work.Other than this they give 5 year motor and 2 year Product warrenty.You won't regret after buying.For new comers, it's quite a complicated job to install the jars and blades, so I suggest to go through free demo.

I have used Inalsa since 1994. The quality of the product, especially the plastic used for the jar and metals for the blade were a lot better back then . Infact it had an almost glass like quality. Heavy ans sturdy. Did the job well . The current product while good , has some drawbacks. The plastic quality for one is not the same, it seems fragile . I have not used it as heavily as we did back then and am careful with the appliance. I just hope they bring back the old good quality materials and blades

I bought this product for 3999/- which is one of the the best prices I could get. Moreover, my family is using Inalsa - Food Processor (older variant) for past 18 Years and still it works great. Now coming to the overall feedback:Delivery:- Amazon delivered in real quick time. I got the product on 3 day after my order. The packaging was great and steps were taken to ensure that nothing happens as it is a highly fragile product.Pros- All in One machine- Quickly can get the work done. So delicious cooking is more easier now.- Plastic and built in quality is perfect.- Blades are just awesome does not require a change and are of Stainless Steel- Overload Protector comes in very handy- Nice Safety featuresCons- Maybe at this price none with respect to the pros/benefits.Rest the food processor is worth buying and specially when you want it and are getting a good deal.
