This hydraulic jack totally exceeded my expectations. It comes in a very practical hard case that makes it easy to store and transport without moving or getting dirty. The design is robust, of good quality and you can tell it is made to last.

For the price, this is a pretty darn good deal. Plastic Storage Case, which is Okay, 2 Jack Stands, which seem well made and sturdy, and the Floor Jack itself, which is NOT particularly well made and sturdy, but what do you expect for this price? I used it to do some work on my wife's car, Ford Focus, a small car. I was surprised at how much force I needed to apply to the jack handle to get it to lift the car. I had to really lean on it. So, I don't really expect this jack to last for many years, but, if you treat it with care, and don't try to overwork it, it may last a while. The jack stands are good and solid, I'm happy with those. The jack works, but I sure would not try to lift anything more than a compact car with it. And I would NEVER, EVER get under anything that was supported by this jack alone. Bottom line - It works and for the whole package, definitely worth what I paid for it. I'm Happy.

Did the job. The jack lifted my Girlfriend's Prius and the Jack Stands held it up for a few days while I got the fix done. No damage to the car.

Great heavy duty jack..no complaints

Missing Parts: I bought the jack when it was on sale in July 2021, but I didn't need to use it until this past November 2022. When I opened the package, several critical parts were missing, so I couldn't use it. As soon as possible, make sure all parts are present and perform the air purge procedure to check functionality. Great Customer-Service: Even though I was several months outside of the 1 year warranty, Torin customer service was able to send me the parts free of charge. Please note, however, that they will only extend the courtesy once. If you find anything missing afterwards, you will be responsible for the parts and shipping costs. Good Sturdiness: My 2015 Honda Pilot has metal tabs for jack points, so I bought a Planger Power Pad (slotted, deep) separately to protect my car and the jack. With the pad and without the SUV adapter, the jack seemed very sturdy when holding up either end of my SUV. It held steady while I placed jack stands under the car. I have performed 4 lifts with the jack, so far. I can't speak to the sturdiness of the jack without a pad or with the SUV adapter, however. CAUTION: The lift capacity is 2.5 tons with the SUV adapter. Without the adapter, the lift capacity is 3 tons. This is on page 2 of the user manual. Excellent Functionality: I didn't even need the SUV adapter to lift my Pilot. I was able to lift the SUV higher than expected. Good Ease of Use: It was relatively easy to operate. You have to remove the lever and use it to turn the release valve to lower the jack, which is more steps than I'm used to (my other jack lowers by just turning the lever counter-clockwise). The lever is angled low to prevent you from hitting your car by accident, but it means the lever travel is shorter than some floor/trolley jacks jacks. Acceptable Maneuverability: The jack is easy to adjust and maneuver into position, but the low-angle lever means that I have to bend over to roll the jack long distances. Overall Weighted Score: 3/5
