The sprayer does not fit properly on the bottle. I had to take a sprayer off the top of my Windex bottle and use it. The product is still drying so I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the product.

Very happy with the product

Didn't even have it for long until the cap broke so that it doesn't snap back on tightly. Every time I try to use it, it comes apart and spills all over. not even effective on couch stains either and I have a white sponge couch.

The order itself was fine. The item arrived right on time and in perfect condition (hence, the two star rating). I wish I could say the same thing about the product in actual use. I applied it in accordance with the instructions to several stains on my sofa. In the morning, I had a sofa with several, large discolorations (darker that the normal sofa color) that looked much worse than the original stains. I suppose I'll have to contact a professional upholstery cleaner to see what they can do. Live and learn.
