This set is excellent. The hole punch does JUST the right size to fit on the magnet. The magnets have a sticky side, so you stick the circle you punched out onto the magnet. I tried Gem-Tac (tacky) clear glue first to glue the magnet to the glass, and it worked "ok" not bad. But then i tried e6000 clear glue and that was a lot better. I just put one dot of the e6000 in the center and then pressed the glass down on top and it spread out the glue. they look perfect! (set does not come with glue, i recommend e6000 )

I was able to quickly make some awesome magnets. No need to use resin. Quick and easy. Used the hole puncher to pull selected pictures from a magazine. I'm looking forward to more crafting!

Great little project for students. When I say little, I mean little. The magnets are very small. Luckily little fingers can draw tiny pictures and the kids didn't seem to mingle how small they were. They seemed to stick well, though I wasn't sure they would and the magnet was pretty strong. Not sure how they held up once the kids got them home, but a few stayed in the class for awhole and seemed to be holding up surprisingly well.

Love for quick craft projects. Cutter works well but some round glass pieces misshaped with flat edge. Update: kudos to the seller for reaching out and resolving the issue!

the idea is def great but the circles that it cuts doesnt exactly match the magnet! Once you put on the glass with glue like instructed, the glass gets foggy or the photo gets distorted! I ended up remaking them by laminating the photos first before sticking them on the magnets BUT the hold puncher almost broke as it is not made to cut through plastic… and then I didnt add on the glass cause it will just distort it again! The glue I used dries clear and Ive also used 3 types of glue and it’s just always gonna get distorted or grainy/streaky. INSTEAD I would recommend that you buy a hole puncher of your choice and laminate it the photos first before cutting! Then instead of buying this set, get better magnets ($3-5 at Hobby Lobby) cause this one doesnt have great magnet strength either!

Very cute arts and craft kit. As expected. Tons of pieces.

These were great and worked the way they were meant to work. My daughter and I had crafting fun with them. We used diamond glaze glue and that worked great but I do recommend covering artwork with tape or some sort of laminating before using the glue otherwise it will bleed. The magnets are pretty strong too.

I recently purchased this craft kit to make personalized magnets out of my own artwork and images, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The kit was easy to use and included everything I needed to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind magnets. I used my own painted papers for a background and added pictures of our pets to make unique keepsakes for our refrigerator. While the kit was perfect for my needs, I did have a couple of minor issues. The magnets provided were not strong enough to hold more than one piece of paper or photo, and a few of the cabochons were broken. However, despite these small flaws, I would still highly recommend this craft kit to anyone looking to create personalized magnets. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would give this craft kit a solid 5 stars. It was easy to use, produced fantastic results, and allowed me to showcase my creativity. I will definitely be using this kit again in the future!

Cutter cuts to the right size and seems to last. Cabochons appear clear with no perceivable imperfections (I haven't scrutinized all cabochons). Magnet fits cabochon size perfectly. Nothing to report back on regarding the adhesive on the magnet in terms of durability and longevity.

The cabochons and magnets seem fine, but the cutter jammed after just a few uses, and it doesn't appear to have a release, even after taking it apart. Edit: just went through all the cabochons and found several were broken, as well. Edit: the seller reached out to me and has sent a replacement, and I'm very impressed with their customer service.
