After witnessing 🧐 wastage 🗑️ of 4-5 other good brand hand-held blenders in my kitchen, after reading some positive ➕ reviews, I took a chance 🎲 and bought this, admittingly not so good looking, Boss hand blender in June 2019 📅. My need was a bit on the higher 📈 side, that is, about 10 times a day, about 1 minute each time ⏰. No heavy stuff blending, no dry/hard solids, but mostly boiled Veggies 🥕🫑, peeled Orange 🍊, chopped Apple 🍎, and liquids with oils etc. Most importantly, the blender needed to be run on home-inverter 🏠 as well in the absence of govt power supply ⚡🔌. So low Wattage rating was needed. While the other hand blenders lasted anywhere from 5 to 8 months, this one stood strong for a year. Initially it felt a bit uneasy while 🧹 as the stem (the lower portion with blade) is not detachable. But it quickly became a habit. Mind that the durability can't be achieved otherwise. Same goes for the use on/off toggle button on this product, compared to press-type push-button 🔘 on other brands. That's when I bought the second one, as a backup so that in case the first one dies ☠️, my work is uninterrupted. To be honest, after more than 2 years of constant use, the first one did die. So that was after 365days x2½years x10times-a-day - which is probably way more than an average kitchen use. Luckily I got it repaired from a local mixers repairs man 👨‍🔧🧰 as well. I am glad that I bought Boss hand blender. On the other hand, for very heavy hand blending, I do have a 1,000W hand blender as well from a different make - but ofcourse that won't run on home inverter.

Good product.

We have been using the same product for last 10yrs so order the same product as every product has a validity got repaired a couple of times though. But this new product which areived initially was fine but only 1 blade was working fine out of 3. So now have got a replacement from amazon and now all the 3 blades are working fine. But the seal was open for the replacement we received, but we are guessing they must have opened it just to make sure that they are delivering us the correct product this time. Keeping our positive faith on amazon

Great blender for price. Product delivered within 2 business day,earlier than expect with no issues. Slim design means which make fall in love on first look.No issues with blending and fuzzy feature means machine is going after just two buttons are pressed for speed. makes less noise than our last blender which is a plus point. I am a fan of Boss. This Blender does its job and work reasonable perfect. It blend gentlely with acceptable noise level. I purchased this blender in the Good portal(Amazon)because there is a promotion. The blender is easy to blending,has 3 blade which are easy to mount. The blender blend really well with a great selection of speed for delicate blending to quick blend as well as normal blending. I highly recommend this blender. Blending function was great, as expected. 5 star from my side obviously!

125 W power is inappropriate for shakes as fruits not get completely mix. Suitable for babies food grinding and other light household kitchen works. For heavy shakes go for 300+ W power. But product is good and works as expected

Definitely a good product at good price but when you use it is more than 45 minutes it's heated too much. But it is ok because I read in manual use 3 minute and take a rest for 10 minutes.
