Tynor K01 Insole (Large(7.5-9.0))

Definitely solid, well-made gel soles which will last a long time. Great comfort and cushioning. Some points to note:1) They are crazy heavy! I carry my stuff in a huge backpack as I travel, but space and weight are always an issue. I almost didn't open the package (wanted to return them) just because of how heavy the package was. Description says about 400 grams, and I guess that may be about right.2) The heel is thicker than on any other gel sole I have ever seen (like maybe even 5 mm!); the front is thin like on other insoles.3) You need to get the right size because these are not the kind of insoles which you cut to size. I mean, yes you can snip a bit off the front, but the arch suppprt and toe support "bumps" are designed to fit into your arch and under your toes, so a good fit is key. The size chart they have shown above is extremely accurate though (at least for the U.S. size range that they have given for the XL), so you should be okay. I am a U.S. size 10.5 and the XL fits perfectly. This is the reason I kept them. I have a pair of really cheaply made casual slip-on shoes - bought in Goa at one of the tourist shops. They are suade leather in front and top, with a thick canvas material for the sides. They're super comfy, but basically have just a slim, plastic bottom and I can feel every piece of gravel on the road! For some lucky reason, when I put these soles in and my feet into the shoes, I experienced... pleasure! The whole shoe became this hugging caccoon of comfort :) Of course, there was no thinking of returning them after that!Yes, serious comfort!

These are a good replacement for shoe insoles to get more cushion effect. I got them to elevate pain post exercise. The sizes run small. I am US 6 and the insole that mentions size 7-9 fits me perfectly. These can be cut to fit, although it’s a little tough to cut on sides as the insole in thick.

Could have been half of the thickness of the present offered thickness.

Size as compare to shown . Total wastage of money. I will not suggest any one to purchase this.

My mom has a medical condition which requires her to wear this silicon sole all day long in every footwear she wears and trust me this sole has been with her for more than 6 months and there is no wear and rear, everytime it gets dirty wash it mild soap and it becomes new again.

Comfortable insole. Sticking problem can be solved by sprinkling little amount of common face powder on both sides of insole. Wipeout insole by cloth to spread powder evenly and also to remove excess amount of powder if any. Definitely overpriced good product from Tynor.

I ordered it to use it during badminton playing to get extra cushion to avoid injuries of knee and ankle. I have used it for last 5 days. It is very useful. I am at the age of 50 and playing badminton daily for the last 20 years. On hard surfaces of badminton, I felt need of extra cushion in shoes to avoid knee and ankle injuries. ALWAYS TAKE A SHOE of one number higher than your normal size and use this insole. My normal shoe size is 7. I purchased a new shoe of 8 size and put this insole. I am finding it definitely useful and worth spending Rs 1000
