Excellent face mask! I absolutely love that it has different color options for what my face needs. I suffer from rosacea so the red and green option really helps . It also has the option of changing the time. You can start with 10 minutes and work your way up to 30. I would recommend putting it on while laying down and being able to rest your eyes. You can make the light brighter if you like. The remote is so clutch. It also brings 2 eye inserts for extra cushion . Highly recommend!
