I just brought this to Europe, empty and zipped into its small shape, in my checked luggage. Returning home, I was able to fill it with the gifts and extras I’d bought while away. It’s shockingly big when you unzip the bottom section. Excellent quality, excellent durability, beautiful color. Practically big enough to be a weekender when full, the perfect sized tote when you leave the bottom part zipped, and easy to transport in its tiniest shape. So so worth it!!

Love this bag for pulling-it-all-together. I have a coordinating toilitree bag and travel backpack as well and they both fit inside this bag along with a travel pillow, snacks, book, gloves, etc. I love how in turn it folds up and fits into either of main items I purchased it to hold. It also works fine as a clothes hamper or shopping bag.The zipper looks good and the handle is plenty sturdy for a reasonable load. I will be taking this along on my adventures.

What can you say about this bag today? It’s elegant, fine, with color like wine. Spacious with pockets, you really can’t knock it! And size? It’s just right when boarding your flight!

Love my Baggalini bags, and this one is no exception. I purchased this one before a big overseas holiday trip as a "just in case" extra bag, and it not only worked out great, it will be my go-to for future trips. We visited a number of outdoor Christmas markets and did daily walking tours on our trip, often in bad, wet weather. I tucked this bag inside my coat or Baggalini pocket book each morning, or packed it with an extra dry sweater, hat, gloves & socks, and wore it like a backpack or a crossbody with a quick strap adjustment. This bag kept our things dry & secure, and allowed me to safely carry several bulky or fragile purchases from the markets as we traveled on trains, boats, subways, busses and on crowded streets in rain & snow. Best of all, it just meets the size requirements for airline carry-ons, so on the trip home, I unzipped the bottom to expand it, and it held all the precious & fragile Christmas gifts I'd bought, along with my wallet, travel documents and a full change of clothes. That was really helpful when our flight home got cancelled - after our luggage had been checked, and we had to spend the night at an airport hotel unexpectedly. And, as travelled, it was great to have the trolley sleeve to slip over the luggage handles, too. I really appreciated how well this bag worked out, and how easy it was to toss it into the washer with a load of jeans when I got home, to wash off all the grime from sitting on floors in the airport & plane, street cafes & restaurants, etc. I hung it up to air dry, and it looks like new - just as all my other Baggalini bags have after a quick wash.

I liked it, it held a lot. The zipper worked well, I liked the plum color, I was pleased at the way it folded up. My only problem was the handle that went over the suitcase handle was not stiff enough to keep it in place. As I pulled my rolling suitcase this bag would rotate around until it was dragging on the ground under my suitcase handle.

Solid bag! Excellent quality materials and zippers. The seams are well made. I've now used it for trips to Napa Valley, New York City and around town in Los Angeles when I'm at home. Love this bag! I also love how easy it is to fold up and zip into its small pouch. I bought it in the blue color which is nice to look at. I think this is a steal at that price because I'll be using this bag for years. It works well as a carry on bag, for errands around town, and with the extra capacity by opening up the bottom zipper? And the trolley slip so you can slide it over your luggage when cruising through the airport. Genius!If I could remove half a star I would just because I think it's missing a couple of things. It would be amazing to have more than one inner pocket with a zip closure. And I'd love if there were inner slip pockets for more organization. Plus it would be awesome if it had a keychain leash. Otherwise, buy this already!

I love it! it matches my Baggollini crossbody and the expandable part is really useful. Just like it says, it folds neatly into a pouch, and full expansion can pack as much as a small duffle. Its is a great value too for a name brand. Very happy with this purchase.

I have traveled with Baggalini bags of various sorts for decades and love them. They are super lightweight, the inside and outside pockets are well placed and not so numerous as to become useless; I can remember what I placed where. The sleeve to slip it over the suitcase handle is a lovely feature. I have had my oldest Baggalini for around 25 years and it's in perfect shape after many trips abroad. I got this larger one for a longer trip. It is a size that works as a personal item when flying. These are pricey but well worth it. They spot clean easily with water and a bit of dish soap. They last a lifetime.
