I really like this Intellinet 19” Vented 1U Blank Rack Mount Panel Spacer with Venting. It came with the mounting hardware and the venting allows for airflow. It's going in my home network rack, inside a closet, so the air flow is important. The 3-year warranty provides some piece of mind should anything go awry.

I requested the Intellinet 19” Vented 1U Blank Rack Mount Panel Spacer with Venting for my husband who is our "network engineer" around the house. He liked the idea of having the panel in place of an open hole in our network rack. And, since it is perforated, it will not impede airflow. And, that is a plus. Hubby recommends the panel because it is well constructed with no burrs or roguh edges and comes with included mounting screws & nuts.

Nice and solid with decent ventilation. Came with a set of 4 cage screws and nuts and plastic washers so they work with my modern vertical mount rack. It also fits my old telco 19" rack, though I would have to use my own freedom unit bolts since the old racks have 10-32 threaded rails.
