I Like It!
This was easy and very quick to assemble. It has less resistance than I was expecting, but that's not a problem for me. I can still feel it working in my legs and my sides and stomach region. By adjusting your posture, you can either add more weight/pressure on your legs or less weight. The straighter you stand the more weight you add to your legs. It does a great job working my hip flexors, which is the main reason I bought it.The machine is very sturdy and stable. I am about 180 pounds. It saves a lot of space since it flattens out pretty well. You can even adjust the step pedals to lie flat. It's a very quick and easy adjustment.I have already recommended it to my family and friends. This is a great product! I'm glad I bought it.

Great to strengthen leg muscles
I bought this stair-master for my dad to help him strengthen his leg muscles, and it’s been an excellent addition to his routine. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and provides a low-impact workout that’s gentle on his joints but still effective. He started using it for just a few minutes a day, and we’ve already noticed improved strength and stability in his legs. The resistance is just right — enough to challenge him without being overwhelming. It’s also compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is a big plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve leg strength, especially older adults or those recovering from inactivity.

Simple, quiet, heart rate elevation
I really like this. I bought the folding option. It was easy to put together. It adjusts easily with what I call pegs. You can adjust the height of the handlebars and adjust the foot placements to work out different parts. It does not adjust with tension, but I think it works rather well for cardio. I have a sedentary job so I bought this to help me at home. I like the LCD, but I didn’t realize it cannot connect to the app. So I have to manually add it to an app if I want that logged. It is not heavy at all and folds up nicely. The only worry I have is if the cord that keeps the foot slides in place gets worn out. This wasn’t cheap, but not overly expensive rather.

Easy to assemble & use.
Wasn’t sure if I was going to be happy with this item but I received it today & I like that it’s mostly assembled for you. You only need to put together a few minor items. So easy. It works great & doesn’t take much space.

You have to be creative with movements to get a workout from this
Ok so here’s a real review. I bought this because I was having a hard time making it to the gym, and I have a tiny apartment. It is very easy to put together. You cannot adjust resistance, you basically have to change the resistance yourself by how you work out on it. It can be a good workout if you get into a good rhythm, have good posture, and switch your tempo and include arm movements. You have to really do a lot yourself to feel a workout from it. It definitely does not give your thighs the workout a regular stair master does. Over all, it’s OK to get a little sweat in when you can’t make it to the gym.

So far, so good!
I literally just unpackaged this equipment, assembled it in less than 20 minutes, and gave it a trial run. It is lightweight, yet sturdy. I saw other reviews stating it isn't very sturdy, but I’m not experiencing this issue at 225 lbs. The assembly was so easy and a seamless process. It’s pretty compact. And most importantly, once I got on it, I immediately knew that I would get a great workout. I would say it’s low impact, however it truly depends on how vigorously you work out and what type of strides you take. One can really get a great workout from this equipment! If anything changes I’ll be sure to update my review. But, I say it’s well worth it!

Easy to use and set up
Great work out! You are doing more of a gliding than stairs. I think it is a great value for the money and machine was super easy to setup and it folds nicely to tuck under the bottom of the bed. It is pretty quiet unless you’re tearing it up and slamming the pedals to the limits. Most of the workout comes from holding your feet on the teenie pedals**update: after a month still like but you have to physically slow down the pedals with your muscles which is probably awesome for your body but I have one semi lame leg so it was causing some knee and hip pain. Asked for a refund but I was responsible for return shipping which cost more than the machine itself… vendor was nice and said keep it and 50 % refund. I thought this was pretty decent of the seller. Would not recommend if you have any issues with your movement

Fine for a light basic workout
It's alittle smaller than it looks on the website and The rubber bands that are shown on the ad are way thicker than what is really in the item, which is slightly thinner than a pencil so I wonder how long they will hold up to frequent use. The assembly is extremely easy, just adding the handle bars and the step plates, how ever the opening to one handle bar was warped, during factory production and still went out like that. It wasn't warped through the shopping because it's actually packed very well with Styrofoam. It was also missing the plastic ring that would hold the handle snug in place. I decided not to make an issue and have the hassle to return it, so I will figure out some type of material to replace the missing ring. For the price I paid, the quality is expected. As for the actual use, we'll, as mentioned by many others, there's no tension at all but using an excersise band around your legs really does increase resistance and actually made for a pretty good workout. I will use it for its intended purpose and hope that it lasts at least long enough to get some benifits physically. If you want just a nice basic addition to a light workout routine, this will suit your needs, but if you're looking for a more enduring and stable machine, pass on this one.
