Bought this to protect the LEGO Juxo, Jr set from dust. It is essentially a 9" x 9" x 9" cube. The case consists of a black fiberboard base, and five clear acrylic panels - four sides and a top. All of these have protective film on both sides; the film on the base is a different material. The base and top panel both have a pair of slots along each edge. The four side panels have two longer tabs on the bottom edge, and two shorter tabs on the top edge. Two of the side panels have slots on their two vertical sides, while the other two have hooked tabs, so the front and back panels are distinct from the side panels. This brand has far more sizes choices available than similar products, which was one reason I went with it. It is important to wear gloves during assembly, to avoid getting fingerprints on the acrylic panels. A pair of white cloth gloves is provided. These are very stretchy, and should fit just about anyone. Removing the protective film from the acrylic panels was very challenging. I ended up using a small, sharp knife to get under the film near one corner, gradually peeling it back until I could grab it and pull it off. With practice, I got better at it, but it never got easy. Also, pulling the film off results in a strong static charge on both the panel and the film, causing them to attract small floaters. Wipes are included to deal with this. The seller was very helpful in addressing these issues, exchanging several messages with me. Though the instructions indicate that the entire top can be lifted off to access the model inside, I found that the bottom tabs fit too tightly into the base to make this practical. I removed the top panel instead. I expect to buy more of these to hold several large LEGO architectural sets.

Great case of you don't mind the visible seams

This product is well made, easy to put together and is packaged with care. It was exactly what I needed and the value for the dollar is off the charts. I love this product and I love this vendor. I am looking forward to my next case coming in a day or two and I am so stoked for my next build.

Very simple to put together. But be careful, it does scratch easily.
