If you do not like taking pills everyday then you are really going to like this product. Once it is on you don't notice it is there. The first week I had a significant boost in energy and by week 2 my sleep habits became better. (I have a history of horrible sleep habits) I would definitely recommend.

I used the B12 patches for about 15 hours each over two separate tries, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any effect. Despite following the instructions and giving it a fair shot, I didn’t experience any boost in energy or noticeable changes. It might work for others, but for me, it didn’t deliver the expected results.

I did notice a boost in my energy presumably due to the patch. So it does work, I will continue to wear them to see if they do promote hair growth.

The patches have great packaging and are well organized within the box. They aren’t messy and don’t leave any residue. After one week of use I couldn’t did not notice an appreciable change in energy; however, I also don’t have a known vitamin deficiency. If I was needing this as a supplement, I would definitely utilize these patches.
