Stunning record player
Beautiful and sounds great! This record player goes in my speak easy perfectly. I love the blue tooth feature so I can play my Spotify playlists of 1930’s hits when I don’t want to stand there and flip records. The records play perfect and sounds like I went back in time.

well worth it
When landing my hand on the horn and the connection neck, I started to feel the money worth it. The major parts are made of solid brass. Besides the material, what attracted me most is the design, especially the broad open mouth of horn. Even sitting in the corner of my living room, it can easily catch your eyes. It brings you back to the golden days where you only taste in movies. Installation is easy and straightforward. The manual looks a bit simple and preferred to be more detailed. The gramophone arm is well designed. There is a handle to lift it. When raised and released, the arm moves smoothly. I tried a few functions. The Bluetooth signal is easy to detect and connect. Sound quality is good and as expected. Overall, it is a masterpiece blending of vintage style and modern technologies.

It's only nice to look at.
It's pretty. Record player is super cheap and came non-functional. The radio sounds awful and is very difficult to tune. Overall sound is fair. Has two competing volume controls which is annoying. (Turn volume down with knob, cannot turn up with remote. Put a US dime on head of needle then the record player is functional. Needle is cheap.

Money well spent
Ahhh I’m so not over this. I love the well crafted design, the flower horn that gives this more of an aesthetically antique look. The black color has a shiny finish to accent my piano as well.

Stunning!
This record player is the most beautiful work of art that I’ve seen in a long time… But man, I’ve never had so much trouble with something without just returning it. Within seconds of playing it for the first time, the music stopped. My husband figured out the belt had slipped off and got it going again. It was also playing just a bit slow, which led me to taking apart the whole thing to fix the timing. Lastly, there was some background grit that I just couldn’t shake as being wrong. I finally was able to track it down - some of the guts in the needle housing were disconnected. This was unrelated to the needle itself, which I kept changing, because I felt something was off with it: it was being held at an angle and seem to be scratching the record lightly as it played. Anyways, it turned out a displaced piece in the needle housing was causing unnecessary background noise, and a not-quite-right sound due to it not being properly connected. Long story short, everything is working properly now and sounds beautiful. Despite all the trouble, the player was so gorgeous I couldn’t bring myself to return it without trying everything to get it working first - and I’m so glad I did! Would’ve been an easy 5/5 if it weren’t for the trouble getting everything working properly. Now that it’s working properly, it sounds beautiful and is probably the prettiest thing in my house.

Keeper
As per usual, I read reviews after buying it. Guess what? Bogus. This thing is so perfect! Everything worked, which was a yay because no way would I have tried to rewire blah blah. I opened the box- well packaged pieces that i was easily able to put the tube and flower part together w the wires connected and bam! Record on. Stops automatically at the end of the play. Blue tooth works. Have not tried the fm radio yet. I got the green which is a sweet pop of color. Good job to me for buying it.

Probably as good as any other on the market, but doesn’t do everything they say.
I love how this gramophone looks. Although I’d love a vintage one, they’re difficult to find and it could be years before I find one that works, so in the meantime this one will have to do. But there are several things specified that aren’t true. First, the 10W tweeter in the horn doesn’t work. The description says it does, twice in the description. There is a connection and a speaker, but no sound comes out. I emailed the seller but they basically shrugged me off, saying the main speakers were in the gramophone cabinet. The speakers aren’t bad, but are kind of tinny. I play mostly 1920s and vintage jazz, which matches the records perfectly, but even with a modern record the sound is nothing to write home about. But it’s clear enough. Second, the included instruction book says when the record is through playing, the turntable will stop. It doesn’t, the tone arm and needle just keeps playing at the end of the record, wearing a groove in the record and wearing out the needle. There are other small irritations that I consider design flaws. When you turn on the gramaphone, each time you must press the Function button twice to get the PHO function. I don’t use any other function of the gramophone, just the radio (once! see below) and the phonograph. But if you use anything but USB function, you’ll have the same problem, having to press the function button enough every time you turn it on to get to where you want to go. Another irritating feature is that the radio station is irritating to set to a station. And then when you turn off the set, it goes back to the lowest radio station in your area and you have to do it all over again. Last, there is no way to hook up auxiliary speakers. I won’t return this, it’s pretty and looks vintage, and the tinny sound doesn’t bother me. But I think it could’ve been a lot better with just a few tweaks. The price isn’t bad, but I would’ve been happy to pay a little more to get one that did what it said it would.
