Alarm function is broken, I woke up at 7:10 even though I set the alarm for 8:30. Very disappointed as I was hoping for a quality SEIKO clock

It's pretty, but after only a couple of months of use, the "hour" hand has become loose making it completely useless. Don't waist your money!

Right after the return period this thing started ticking like a jackhammer in the middle of the night and it's loud enough to drive anyone bonkers. If you're looking for Seiko reliability this isn't it, just a Chinese made peice of plastic that Seiko unfortunately decided to put their name on.

works well, alarms starts low and then gets louder.

At first glance, the clock appears cheaply made. As it turns out, it keeps excellent time, and the bar on the top will give you an internal light so that you can check the time in the dark if need be. I like the way it looks, and like the features on it.
