I was sent an American machine with a uk plug adapter, which short- circuited when I plugged it in for the first time. Called Amazon and they said I should have never received the item. Beware that the seller doesn’t take responsibility for any missing parts.

I had to buy UK plug even though I asked them BEFORE I bought it if it comes with it. When I tested it, it did not work. I believe it's because it's from China and does not comply to UK voltage. This was a complete waste of money and time.

Looks great but unfortunately didn’t turn on. Had to return for a refund.

I love this, just opened it and made my first batch of nut milk, and mixed my mushroom coffee in, delicious!!! So cool that it's a blender, and milk maker all in one! No need to hold while operating either, you can walk away and tend to other chores etc while it's making milk or blending. I looked at many milk makers specs before choosing this one. Great price and quality! It's not very loud either which is a plus.

Está muy bonita pero en mi caso no funcionó puse la opción leche de almendras con las cantidades exactas y comenzó la preparación, en menos de dos minutos ya había un código de error en la pantalla que decía E1 y en el manual solo indica como E1 contactar soporte técnico, la verdad se me hizo totalmente inútil. Después de no hacer leche de almendras retire todo y use el ciclo de auto limpieza y sucedió lo mismo, E1 en pantalla y no hace nada . No sirve en aparato que yo recibí y solicité la devolución.

Muy bonita se ve de buena calidad, pero la tapa no sella bien y se empieza a abrir a mitad del ciclo, se abre la tapa y empieza a tirar agua, para hacer leche de soya y alemndra
