8.9 Inch CarPlay for BMW 3 5 Series E60 E61 E63 E64 E90 E91 E92 E93 CCC 2005-2008 Andriod Auto Radio Upgrade Touch Screen Car Stereo Multimedias Player iDrive Dsp Linux System 2005-2008

The product itself is great and works well with my 2007 BMW 650i. The only thing that buyers should be aware is that the manuel it comes with doesn’t show how to install it at all. You should go to YouTube to figure out the installation and removal of the factory radio. I did have some trouble, considering it doesn’t clearly say to remove the green factory wire from the harness, which is what connects the aux plug under the armrest to the car’s radio itself. That green wire in the back of the OEM wiring harness needs to be removed and plugged into the new wiring harness that’s going in back of the radio unit. That green wire is removable and you can unplug it from the factory harness and simply press it into the new harness. It has room for the green wire to snap in. If you leave the green wire in the original harness and just plug it into the new harness, you will get no audio. I almost sent the radio back because I didn’t understand the green wire what gives the new radio audio. This radio is a great value, considering it upgrades the car a lot!

I've been using it for a few months now. It was super easy plug n play install.

I have no sound. There is no value. The quality is okay if the sound would work. Please help I need sound or a refund.

Unit works well. Would have been at least 4 stars BUT absolutely no instructions came with the unit. When I contacted the seller they sent a link to a users manual and some YouTube video links to other company’s versions to help guide the install. Luckily it was enough info to figure it out. But it wasn’t easy. Luckily I’ve done plenty of these types of upgrades in other cars. But if you’ve never done one before I’d buy from someone else. But otherwise the unit seems to work great. It was a bit difficult to get everything back in place due to the harness connector thickness but I pretty much got it all to fit well.

This worked great for my 2007 BMW 5series. It fits perfectly! The whole process of installing it went fairly smoothly. The wires all hooked up correctly. It was pretty tight getting all the wires to fit in and the thick car harness, but it does fit. The display is nice ( touch screen). It’s very detailed and has a crisp display. There is a stylus that you can use to switch between the various screens, but I find it easier to just use my finger. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is there are no instructions on how to install or use the display. I guess they think that most people are tech savvy and can figure it out. I was able to figure it out it just took me a little longer. Overall I am pleased with this display. It was one of the cheaper ones compatible others. I wasn’t sure how it would be to use and all, so I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money. I would recommend to others who are looking for a CCC overhead display unit.

I find this car stereo to be an excellent upgrade for my vehicle. The wireless connectivity ensures a hassle-free experience with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the vibrant display remains clear in all conditions. The audio system provides rich, detailed sound that makes every drive dynamic.

As you can imagine upgrading a 20 year old car radio with modern technology is a pretty awesome upgrade. That's the case here, going from a CD player to a nice touch screen with wireless car play has been awesome. Radio comes with everything you need to install it including a little plastic crowbars and all the wiring harnesses. Be careful removing the factory radio as the plastic surround might be a little brittle with age.
