Purple sourdough
Used 8g per sourdough loaf and it made a pretty pinkish- purple loaf! Does not change the flavor or texture.

Purple and doesn't alter taste much
The powder is a bright purple, and changes the color of what ever you add it to!I was curious about the taste, so I put it in some pancakes and the taste was very subtle, and the kids ate it no problem.

I like the flavor of this powder! It doesn’t taste weird at all. I mix this powder with ube extract for drinks and it gives such a pretty vibrant color since my extract is clear since most have harmful dyes to get that color.
