So far I didn't get a chance to use this but the quality is good. Trustable item within this price and moreover set of 3. Really nice deal. 👌 Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price was pretty reasonable and the design is also sturdy. Basic, elegant, durable, stylish Smooth wheels:Wheels r smooth as butter. Functioning properly & have 8 wheels each trolley.

The product is good and definitely worth the money. However, the delivery was delayed, and the package arrived already opened, which was disappointing.

Colour is slightly lighter than it seems in the picture & the surface is shiny which I expected to be matte finish.Product is light, smooth zip & case seems sturdy.

Just one use with half the capacity of the bag and this is the result. A crack that I will have to repair on my own because Safari's pathetic service won't cover anything other than manufacturing defect. That means, all these 3 years of warranty could've been just a 10-day return policy because agar manufacturing defect hi cover karna tha toh product delivery hote hi pata chal jaata hai. No need to boast 3-years of warranty. Worst purchase ever. Go for a better brand. Worst product quality, worst customer service. Build quality:Poor. One-time use and handled with care yet there are cracks. Apparantly, the bag couldn't handle a few bumps of Indian roads. Made for the west, selling in India. Scratch resistance:Not at all. Koi bachha chaabi ghuma dega toh scratch ho jayega.
