Walking Stick Clip

I have unfortunately broken my leg very badly and I am likely to be on crutches for 6 months. I was getting sick of my crutches falling to the floor. These little clips were a brilliant buy. My crutches are not your standard Grey NHS crutches, mine are a little thinner (I am not sure if these will fit onto the standard crutches). The clips are hard to get onto my crutches, but the good news is that once they are on, they do not have to come off again. They side up and down the the crutch which means that you can adjust them easily. For example to rest them on the kitchen surface i just need to move the clip to the top and rest the clip on the surface. To rest them against the table you can move the clip below the table and then push it up, so it is on the underside. This makes it a lot harder to knock the crutches over.

The device arrived almost by return, very promptly. It actually clips onto the stick by way of a spring so will accommodate various thicknesses of stick, although there are limitations. The device then allows the stick to rest on a table, the height from the floor being variable and so is reasonably secure. Where it sits on the table is cushioned with ?neoprene pads so should not mark the table. It is small so does not take up much space. Very good value.

NOT VERY CHEAP BUT VERY VERY NASTY. DOESN'T DO ITS JOB WELL AT ALL FALLS OFF AT THE SLIGHTEST OPPORTUNITY AND FAILS TO HOLD ANY 0F MY STICKS - 3 OF WHICH ARE NEW AND RECENTLY PURCHASED FROM AMAZON. MY HANDS ARE ARTHRITIC AND I HAD TO GET A REALLY STRONG MAN TO PUT IT ON THE STICK IN THE FIRST PLACE. ITS USELESS AND I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK.

Not at all easy to use. Very tight springs and found it difficult to place my stick into it and then it just balanced on the table and tippled off with any movement. Maybe I was not using it correctly? Maybe you will have more success!

I was fed up when out to park my stick without it falling over and nearly taking someones toes off!?! This clip make all the difference, sits on the table with no problems.

Good. Stops the walking stick from falling but hard to fit on thicker sticks . Satisfactory but not the complete solution

I bought this for my friend's 89yr old Mum. She has a sstick and is always dropping it when she sits down at a table or has to bend to the floor to pick it up so this has been great for her

It clips on my husbands walking stick and I think it should be ok for when we go on holidays to clip to the tables instead of looking round for somewhere suitable to sit where his walking stick isn't in everyones way.
