No distance
The item works, but no range at all. They really only work well in the house.... upstairs/downstairs. My husband walked to mailbox & it was so much static I couldn't make out what he was saying. I will be returning.

Baofeng 888s radios
Batteries will not snap into slots with belt clips on must loosen belt clip screws insert battery then tighten screws or leave belt clips off. Batteries still not wanting to go into slots easily. If battery left in radio and recharged when needed then belt clips can stay on but not able to switch out battery in the field without small screwdriver. Inconvenient but so far radios work ok. Would rather carry second fully charged radio than mess with battery change.
