I now also have a reduction in my appetite, which is always a bonus and taking one a day in the morning and you don’t have to worry about taking another one later in the evening is great-one a day is all you need and within two weeks I was feeling a difference right away. Excited -I just received it today. Fast shipping, easy to swallow capsule. I am going to take at night w/dinner and see if I achieve better results with following all other instructions as directed. My goal is weight loss, better sleep, liver, kidney support and maintaining blood glucose. In 30 days, I will check back in- starting today is 215. If it contains a true amount of all that is listed, I am pleased. It saves a ton of money and I feel no discomfort. It's too soon to determine if it is helping with blood sugar levels or weight loss.
