Good supplement, lasted me very long and its cost efficient. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow.

Ordered these as they were pitched at a reasonable price and they contain what seems to be the magic number for vitamin D3 content 4000 iu and have the pre-requisite amount of vitamin K2 to aid assimilation into the body. Do they work, the honest answer is I do not know. However, they appear to have the desired compliment of vitamin D and K so for me this is as good as it gets.

These tablets are small so easy to swallow. It's got 16 months supply tablets which is good and worth it.

Fast service, tiny tablets easy to swallow, and also uses microcellulose instead of calcium as a bulking agent, which I appreciate as I'm certain calcium tablets have given me angina in the past so I no longer trust them.

Good quality for the price, I do take two pills a day though, the pills are tiny and don't have much taste thank god. Found taking these regularly over winter definitely helped mitigate some of my SAD symptoms.

Good value for money vit k&d in small tablets that are easy to swallow, my nails have thickened since using these tablets, would recommend.
