Excellent and consistent coffee every time!
For as long as I can remember I’ve been making my dark roast coffee in a French press. Every time I had tried to change it up and try a new method, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Automatic coffee makers ended up making a bitter, over-extracted brew. Pour over provided better taste, but didn’t quite get the richness that the long extraction of the French press accomplished. And AeroPress wasn’t very efficient with its “cup at a time” brewing method when I wanted more than one cup. I then heard about the Fellow Aiden. I wasn’t sure at first that a machine could replicate the manual methods, but decided to give it a try. Boy was I impressed! When I brewed my first pot using the built-in preset for “Dark Roast”, the coffee was everything I had been looking for. It had the richness and body that you get from the French press process, but had eliminated that “muddy” flavor and texture you get from the stewing of the grounds. I was convinced on the first day! Moreover, each subsequent brew I’ve made, whether by pot or single cup has been consistent and excellent. In addition to the other features that make the Aiden great (stylish looks on the counter, extremely well made and thought out components and carafe, easy clean up, and scheduled coffee for the morning - a real benefit after my years of having to think about making coffee before having coffee!), the Aiden has opened up my world to trying out some other types of coffee out there that are more in the medium and light roast categories. In the past I’d found it hard to approach some of these coffees, as I wasn’t very “scientific” about my brewing technique. Since the Aiden fully automates this “science”, I’ve been building a new appreciation for different styles of coffee. I’ve even programmed my own preset or two for some specialty coffees that didn’t seem to fall into the “light, medium or dark roast” categories very easily. Overall I’m extremely happy with my Aiden. Hands down it’s the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned. Thanks Fellow!

Great coffee
I love this Fellow coffee maker! It’s super quiet, easy to use and makes really good coffee — better than anything I've had before. It has options for both a full pot and single-serve. I like that I can customize the brew strength and temperature. The app can be used to schedule the brew ahead of time to make the coffee how and when I want. The design is clean and modern and looks amazing on my counter. I find it easy to clean. Overall, definitely very happy with it!

Perfect Gift Coffee Maker with Tons of Brewing Options Review
I purchased this coffee maker as a gift for my son, and it ended up being a huge hit. Right out of the box, it was easy to set up and feels very well made. One of the best parts is the variety of coffee options it offers—there are so many settings and styles to choose from, which makes it fun to try something different depending on your mood. Whether you want a quick cup in the morning or something a little more specialty-style, this machine handles it all really well. The coffee comes out hot, flavorful, and consistent every time. It’s also simple enough to use daily, but still has enough features to keep things interesting. Overall, this has been a great purchase and an excellent gift. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile coffee maker with lots of options to enjoy.

It's incredible. My favorite part of every morning!
I've been using the Aiden every morning for a few weeks.. It just makes really good coffee. Like, noticeably better than my pourover setup from before. Clean, smooth, not bitter, and super consistent. I don’t have to babysit it or overthink anything, which I appreciate. The brew settings tell you exactly how much coffee to grind, and the water tank adds the right amount of water as well - plus the temperature is set for optimal brewing based on preference of light, med or dark brew. SO many more options than just dumping in coffee grounds and guessing the amount of water like a normal drip machine. It also looks great on the counter and doesn’t feel cheap or plasticky at all. Setup was easy, and once I figured out my grind + amount, it’s been on autopilot. Only (minor) thing to know: no hot plate. So if you brew a full pot and let it sit, it’ll cool down faster than a traditional coffee maker. Not a huge deal for me since I usually drink it right away, but worth mentioning. Lots of people recommend a thermal carafe if that's an issue for you. Overall, if you care about how your coffee tastes and want something aesthetically pleasing, this thing’s worth it.

I love my Aiden - super high-end features at a reasonable cost
I've owned your basic 12-cup coffee maker for a long time, even had the same model now twice in a row. I knew I was missing something and can say without a doubt, the Aiden has been my best "just for me" purchase in a long time. Apple is my gold standard...once I started unpacking the product, I knew I made the right decision. A unique locking system on the outer box to avoid internal shipment breakage. Once opened, the custom fit protective foam uses the absolute minimum required..and then the first touch of the product. Damn, the powder coating finish just feels so good in the palm. Looking at the unit on our countertop is a treat everyday, the Aiden's design is as elegant as Apple products. Now who knew that making coffee could be so refined and tweaked to your hearts content to get that just perfect brewed pot of coffee. Well, if you want to do that, easy peasy with the app, just experiment away. The app is intuitive and makes playing around a breeze. Really unique is when buy their beans/grinds and you use their pre-built settings you don’t have to experiment....of course you can modify those if you so desire. The carafe is double walled stainless steel, so your coffee stays hot without using a burner plate to over cook the coffee, so it actually costs less to use and here in California, our electricity rates are too high to begin with. Unlike every other coffee maker I've owned, I don't have to move it from under the cabinets when brewing as no steam escapes, so no concern for damaging your underside of the cabinets. One last thing. Every coffee pot always seems to drip when pouring right at the end. The curvature of this carafe spout is perfect, I never have to wipe the counter. The Aiden has hit all the big design elements and then goes further to make perfect all the little annoying things I've always been annoyed about.

The Aiden coffee maker is a game-changer!
With the ability to brew anywhere from one to ten cups, it stands out for its versatility and user-friendliness. I used to struggle with making a single cup of coffee using my old Mr. Coffee machine, but the Aiden makes it effortless. It provides precise measurements for the grams of coffee needed for an ideal brew, eliminating all the guesswork. The timer functions flawlessly, ensuring my coffee is ready exactly when I need it. Since switching from my old Mr. Coffee maker, I've also explored options like Keurig and Nespresso, but I can confidently say that the Aiden produces exceptional coffee that truly hits the mark. While those single-serve machines have their charm, the Aiden delivers a level of quality that is hard to beat. This purchase was definitely a bit of a splurge, but it's been worth every penny, making my mornings so much brighter! I'm really looking forward to trying the cold brew coffee; I've heard so many great things about it I highly reccommend the Aiden coffee maker.

High teach, sleek but easy to use, high quality product
This coffee maker is fancy and high-tech, sleek and modern but easy to use. You can choose the type of brew you want or you can let the machine decide for you depending on how much ground coffee you add to the basket. It also offers options for scheduling which is nice, it feels like someone made a cup of coffee for you in the morning when you wake up. The carafe is stylish, pours nicely and keeps the coffee hot. It is easy to clean, which was one of my main complaints about my previous coffee maker (Breville with grinder incorporated). Also easy to lift and fill the water resevoir. It is quiet and allows you to choose the alarm when the coffee is brewed. Overall very happy with the purchase, I am learning how to make the perfect cup of coffee for myself and I am getting closer!

Makes delicious coffee in various quantities, looks beautiful, and is easy to use.
I'm overall very happy with this machine. It absolutely nails it at light roasts. I got an ILSE coffee subscription for Christmas and they've sent mostly light roasts so far, but I was struggling to get good results from it with my small pump-based espresso machine. This machine brews light roast so well that my non-coffee-drinking wife is starting to drink them. It looks really nice on my counter. I especially love the carafe maybe to an unreasonable level. It's absolutely beautiful and keeps coffee hot longer than it feels like it should. It sparks so much joy when I pick it up. I bet I end up using the carafe to serve tea and other hot liquids too. What I didn't know beforehand was how excellent this machine is at brewing small batches. I was under the mistaken assumption that espresso was a much more efficient way to brew coffee but that's not really the case -- I use about the same amount of coffee for a double shot americano as I do 2-cups brewed in the Aiden. And again, the Aiden beats my espresso machine in taste for light roasts. And the Aiden can scale to 10 cups when I host. I haven't gotten into custom profiles yet, but seems neat. For now I just appreciate that the machine tells me how much coffee to put in it. I saw someone made a Home Assistant plugin for it too that I'm excited to try out. I was a little apprehensive seeing the abysmal reviews on the iOS app. But IDK seemed fine to me. I had one glitch hitting the 'Create Account' button where it was hidden behind the keyboard but restarting the app solved it. Otherwise the app worked fine for me. I doubt I'll be in the app much regardless. Overall I'm very happy with this machine. It makes delicious coffee in various quantities, looks beautiful, and is easy to use.
