Great sound for me and the person on the phone. Love the weight; I can feel the quality and means less movement. They are comfortable and it was a fast delivery. I get so many compliments on the green.

I did my research, hours of it- to see what are the best headphones for listening to music and also for calls (mainly on the phone). Honestly there are so many headphones there the only way one can decide is by trying out all of them and even then that might not work because one wouldn't know the comfort level after wearing them for longer period of times.I was narrowing down between the Bose QC 45, the Sony WH-1000XM5 (why can't they have shorter simpler naming structure?) and the Airpod Max. In terms of pricing the Max's are the most expensive and by far- almost double- the delta itself is $300- so that didn't help.Reviews on all of them were great. I eventually chose the Max's because I have 2 iPhones and it is easy to switch between both of them when getting calls/listening to music.After having them for a week:PlusOutstanding sound: not sure if it is the spatial bit, but they sound amazing.Great fitLook cool.Great packing caseMinusThe head detection is not great.If you use this with an iPhone and say a PC (not a Mac), then only one can work at one time i.e. if you paired and connected to your PC and a call comes on the phone, you have to go to the Bluetooth settings in the phone and choose Connect again and vice versa- a bit of a pain. I suspect if one has a Mac this problem will not suspect.I liked them enough that I have gifted one to my daughter in LA - from Best Buy- much cheaper there by the way including taxes.April 2023

Product was delivered on time. Great quality, sound and overall experience. The only issue I had was that on first time use the Airpods had trouble connecting and switching between my MacBook and iPhone. However a quick reset fixed that and now handoff works. Would 100% recommend.

Ignore the haters and the naysayers, best decision i made all year was purchasing the device as this is a 6 months later review.Seamless pairing and even automatically reconnects to my windows pc let alone the apple ecosystem.Incredible build quality, you forget it's even there and no water buildup behind the cups whatsoever, in case you're concerned.Amazing ANC and the sound is brilliant, it made me forego buying pc speakers.The bag is easily forgotten till you've to need it for charge after 24ish hrs of usage. Just buy travel case for protection if you're on the go.

I purchased this long awaited Apple AirPods Max. My first impression was how to live with the heavy metal on top of my head. The issue is only when you are walking and moving your head a bit, then you feel it. If stationary for long time while in meetings or listening to something then you really enjoy it. My decision was simply based on the echo system of using iPhone iPad and Mac and it works great with it.

I purchased this Apple product with high expectations, considering the brand's reputation for quality. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.First and foremost, the item is exorbitantly priced for what it offers. I expected a premium product, but unfortunately, it feels like I paid for the brand rather than the performance.The need to charge the device every day is inconvenient, especially considering the premium price point. It's frustrating to have to deal with daily charging for a product that should provide more lasting power.To make matters worse, the product started showing signs of wear and tear after just one year of use. This is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the product's durability.When I reached out to Amazon for assistance, they directed me to contact Apple. The runaround between the two companies left me feeling frustrated and without a resolution to my issue.Moreover, the after-sales service from Amazon was disappointing. Their automated messages added to the frustration, leaving me with the impression that my concerns were not being properly addressed.Overall, my experience with this Apple product has been disheartening, and I would caution potential buyers to carefully consider whether the high price tag is justified by the actual performance and longevity of the product.
