Works well just make sure you get the exact right model otherwise they will not fit

I spend all day on Teams, and the stock pads had barely any cushion, pinching my ears after an hour of wear. These ear pads are much more comfortable and allow me to keep the portability I like from this headset for hybrid work, at an affordable price point. I haven’t noticed much trade-off with the noise canceling, because let’s face it, offices are loud enough to cut through it anyhow. These are easy and quick to install and infinitely more comfortable than the factory pads. They look and feel identical. Hopefully the cushion holds up, but I noticed an immediate difference and figured I’d share with fellow big-heads out there.
