Great for household with kids and pets!
I'm a parent of two young kids and a dog that sheds a ton of fur, keeping my floors clean seemed like an endless task in my busy life. Before I could get to them, I'd have crumbs, per hair and spills all over the place. Ever since I brought this robot vacuum, it's been a life saver when it comes to keeping my floors clean. Its powerful suction easily picks up the daily messes my kids and dog leave behind, from scattered cereal on the kitchen floor to tufts of fur on the carpet and in all of the crevices along the walls. One feature I absolutely love is the anti-tangle technology. Our dog sheds a lot, and with my long hair, vacuum brushes used to get clogged all the time. Now, I don't have to worry about detangling the brush roll. It handles hair with no problem. The vacuum also does an exceptional job mopping edges and corners, reaching those spots where dust, crumbs and dirt tend to accumulate. The all-in-one docking station adds a level of convenience I didn't know I needed. It empties the dustbin and even washes and dries the mop head automatically, so it's always ready for the next cleaning session without any extra effort on my part. It can usually go a few days without me having to do anything with the water. Navigating around toys and furniture is no problem for it, thanks to the mapping and obstacle avoidance. I can start a cleaning cycle with a simple voice command or a quick tap on my smartwatch, which is perfect when my hands are full with the kids. The long-lasting battery means it can cover our entire home in one go on max suction and it's deep cleaning path, making daily maintenance effortless. This robot vacuum has truly transformed how I manage household chores, giving me more time to spend with my family and less time worrying about keeping the floors clean.

Tried Twice - No Dice
I ordered this product initially after several websites had it rated high for features and value. Pros: The app for the unit is outstanding. This was a very quick setup and the app guided me thru the process. Excellent. The scheduled runs, using scenarios, was helpful. There was very little that I couldn’t make work. The unit had solid performance and was able to be programmed for focus on high traffic areas, while hitting low traffic areas fewer times per week. Cons: Both times I ordered this, there were problems with the mopping hardware. Most recently the unit would not charge in the station because the mop was extended. Several of the AI features are on demand only - scheduled tasks had to be configured. Though the vendor was nice enough, the support was of little help when I had an issue. Honestly, if the mops had worked, I would have kept this unit. It is a good value and a product I liked. But twice failed in the first few days of use was enough for me to return and look for another option. I found vacuumwars.com and it helped me find my next option. Amazon was excellent throughout the process. Not an Amazon issue - more of a product quality issue.

Very convenient for large cleaning areas
I’ve had several robot vacuums before, but never one with a wet mop. I finally have a floor where I can use a wet mop without damaging it so I decided to splurge. This was definitely a big splurge since I was a bit shocked by the price itself when I started looking. But after cleaning 2000 sq feet floor without one and finally switching to one, it is definitely worth the price tag. When the robot vacuum arrived, I had a hard time getting it out of the box because it was big and heavy. But when setting up, it was relatively easy. Took about 10 minutes to put the vacuum in the box, plug it in and then downloading the app to set it up. The longer part is when I had to run the robot so it maps out the entire first floor before cleaning. That was fun to see since I had the older robot vacuums before that did not do that. Since have not set up our bottom floor with any rugs, I’m not sure how well it would do going across a rug. But with LVP, it works wells and runs smoothly. It is also great with object avoidance around the house. Never had to worry about it running into items that my kids randomly throw around the house. With the mopping feature, I have only used it a few times. This is the first time I’ve ever had a mopping robot so I really love that option. The water reservoir is easy to remove and refill. I’ve been keeping an eye out to see if there is leaking or pooling of water anywhere but have not seen it so far. I am always paranoid of water leakage so I will likely continue to keep a close eye while using this feature for the next few months. I am also planning to add a rug to the living room area soon and not sure how that would work out with the mopping feature, but will update that later. One of the downside of this vacuum is that it is very large. I can’t just hide it under a table or under the tv stand. It is a bit of an eyesore just having huge box sitting there. I’m hoping to find some options where I can stow this away so the robot vacuum can continue to move about and operate on a daily basis. Other than that, I’m enjoying the usage so far. Saved me a lot of time on vacuuming and mopping the floor.

Life Changing
This robot vacuum is life changing. I have two large dogs on acreage with clay and sand that they track in constantly. Daily vacuuming is a must and so is mopping multiple days a week. Suction is great and adjustable. I have it on high in sandy areas but lower on my ruggable carpet in the living room as it’s so thin it’ll pull away from the floor. It gets close to the baseboards and walls. Love that it self empties. Water is heated and sucked up off the floor. It did look streaky while mopping but did an over lap and ended up saturating the entire area. It was easy to setup and mapped out my house with easy. I have multiple scenarios scheduled to vacuum and mop different days of the week. This has saved me so much time and stress. Now I want one up stairs specifically for carpets. My dogs don’t love it but it avoids them and abject pretty well. Can’t beat this machine for the price!

Great vacuum, could be a better floor washer
Does a great job vacuuming but I feel like it could do better with washing the floor. Also, I was disappointed that it didn’t even come with like a sample or small amount of the cleaner that goes into the clean water tank.

Absolutely Amazing in Every Way!!
Buckle up, this is a long and detailed review. (If you want the summary, here it is: go buy this vacuum now. I had a Roborock S7 which works really well but I moved the S7 upstairs and needed another robot that vacuums and mops since I have carpet rugs, hardwood, and tile. I upgraded and bought the Deebot T30S. I have been using it for about 6 weeks now and it has been an absolute game changer! I have 3 dogs so I always joke that I am his pit crew - filling the water tank, emptying the dust bin, and swapping the mop pad 1-2x a day depending on how much my dogs are shedding. I absolutely recommend it if it’s in your budget. The automatic pit crew station (automatically empties the dust bin, empties the dirty water, refills with clean water, washes AND dries the mop pads) is a an absolutely amazing upgrade that works so well. QUICK SUMMARY PROS: * Quiet even on boost suction * Extremely high suction * Large water tank for mopping * Auto emptying works extremely well * Picks up pet hair without brush tangling * Mapping works extremely well * Able to mark no-mop areas like rugs * Able to go weeks without having to refill the water or change the vacuum bag * Extra mop pads in the box CONS: * Auto emptying and refill can be annoying, (although not very loud compared to previous models) * Must buy replacement dust bags * Mop pads sometimes get stuck on rugs and detach DETAILED REVIEW I have three dogs now dogs ( Siberian husky and a Heeler) two of which shed a ton of dog hair. I also have a doggy door which means mud gets tracked in occasionally depending on weather. Vacuuming and/or mopping everyday is required but not an option for me time-wise. Between that and normal dirt I have Deebot (who I have affectionately named “Clean Elizabeth II” who replaced her successor “Clean Elizabeth I”) vacuum scheduled to run twice a day. This robot vacuum does a great job in every important aspect, from the obvious vacuuming and mopping to ease of setup and a user friendly app. SETUP It was incredibly easy. Out of the box the only thing I had to do (besides remove the plastic) was put on the side brush and mops, and attach the vacuum bag. (The cord and everything else was already out together.) The docking station already had a dirt bag installed so I just had to fill up the clean water tank. I already had the app installed so I quickly added the new vacuum and followed instructions to finish setting up. APP The app is not only easy to use, it has some really neat features that set it a tier above other robot vacuum apps. The vacuum runs an initial mapping run, then actually identified separate rooms automatically (on roborock/roomba you have to manually split rooms by drawing) and allows you to easily name, merge, or split them. Scheduling allows you to set “do not disturb” time to avoid running late at night, the order the rooms are cleaned in, continue cleaning after recharging if the battery is low, and even set the suction level and mopping level room by room. It has options for no-go zones, no-mop zones, etc. There’s are automatic reminders (based on runtime) to fill/empty the water tanks, clean the sensors empty the bin, and replace filters, etc. One new feature I haven’t used much but am testing out is the AI cleaning feature. It intelligently changes cleaning patterns based on things like how much dirt is cleaned up in a room, the type of room/floor (e.g. mops the kitchen floor twice vs 1x in a bedroom). Vacuum / Mop The vacuuming is absolutely perfect. I’m not sure what else to say. It’s about 2x quieter than my Roborock S5, never misses a spot, and cleans my entire house on one charge. I noticed a few rugs it got stuck on due to strong suction and simply set up a marker to avoid that area. The mopping is really good - significantly better than my roborock for two reasons: 1. Duel spinning mop pads do a much better job of cleaning dirt off of tile than a simple mop pad that drags across the floor. 2. There is a setting to heat up the water so it uses hot water to do a better job of cleaning the floor. It detects when the mop is attached and adjust the cleaning accordingly (avoiding no mop zones.). I’ve found it’s especially great for rainy days when my pups track in water or dirt through the doggy door. Docking Station (AKA the Pit Crew) There are so many things I love about this vacuum. The docking station is a one stop shop for everything. It empties dirty water, refills clean water, empties the dust bin, washes the mop pads, dries the mop pads, and can even self clean the docking station! Voice Assistant I haven’t used the voice assistant much, but no doubt I’ll be yelling for “Yiko” to clean up a mess in no time just like I yell for Alexa to turn off the lights. You can tell it specific commands like a certain area to clean (e.g. under the bed, between the sofa and table, clean around the dog bowls, etc.) you can even tell her to clean in “housekeeping mode” which is basically telling the AI to figure out what’s dirty and clean it if you’re too lazy to learn other commands. I keep discovering new little settings and features that add to how much I like this vacuum. I’m more impressed with it the more I use it. I love not having to constantly grab the vacuum and empty the dust bin or fill the water. Go buy this vacuum and I promise it will be the best purchase you make this year.

Decent vacuum/mop - Serious design flaw and weak app.
The Positives: The Deebot T30S is a well made robot vac/mop combo. For the areas it decides to clean it does a nice job. Vacuum has good suction power and does not leave much behind. The Negatives: Took three tries to complete a "quick" mapping of our main floor. Glaring weakness: the over-sized lidar module is too tall. The unit would not fit under numerous pieces of furniture including nightstands, our living room couch which has 5" of clearance (would run into the fabric underneath and think it was impassable), etc. Separately, when cleaning on an open wood floor it simply would not cover one area of about 10 sq ft. App is weak and non-responsive. Drawing areas was a chore at best.

Dont waste your time and money
Mop works well but the vuccum does not work almost at all. Gets clogged with dog hair easily. Anything bigger than a dust particle clogs the vacuum and it will keep going as if notbing is wrong stuffing the brush area making it really annoying to clean up. I find myself spending 15-20 minutes cleaning out dog hair everytime i want to use this. It would prolly be fatser and less hassle mopping and vacuuming by hand. I have a garwood floor and it cant even handle that. This is a total waste of money and everything on ut is meant to be replaced so after a little use you cant return it. See my images to see how none of the hair made it into the dust bun and got stuck at the brush. Tbis is a fresh filter so suction isnt the issue. Just poor design. Seriously dont buy this "vacuum". Six month update *product no longer works and is frantically spinning around slamming into things. This vacuum has single handedly been the biggest waste of money I have ever had in my life.
