Foundations for Superior Performance: Warm-ups and Technique for Band

The book is the correct book we were instructed to order by my son’s band teacher, but it was not in the new condition that I ordered it in. The front cover was torn badly and crunched/crinkled at the bottom and a little at the top. I’m not sure how this would have occurred in shipping since it was in a flat bubble mailer, but I guess there’s that slight possibility. The item was also delivered to the wrong house and my neighbor had to bring it to me the day after I expected it. This is the second Amazon package in a row that has been delivered to the wrong house and I don’t understand why this keeps happening as my house number is VERY clearly marked on the front of my house.As far as the content of the book, I am not a professional percussionist, but it really seems to me that there are too many exercises on each page, making it very difficult to read the sheet music because everything is so small. It will be pretty difficult to read this sheet music from a music stand any more than a foot away from you. This probably isn’t ideal for a beginner percussionist.

This arrived fast and was exactly what we ordered. It's a good book for classroom warm ups.

This book was required by school, per band teacher. No complaints. Book was not damaged.

I found myself in a bind when my son's band teacher needed the band students to purchase their respective books within a week. All the local music stores were all sold out. Then it was Amazon to the rescue. Of course they carried it and was able to get it to me by the deadline set by his music teacher. Thanks Amazon.
