Good For Extra Layer of Protection
What I liked about the Nooneast Upgraded Diabetes Insulin Arm Band for Freestyle Libre Omnipod Dexcom Sensor Covers: The fabric is silky soft, lightweight, breathable so I don’t feel hot while wearing the band and non irritating to my skin. It can be washed if needed and left to air dry. My upper arm measured 12 inches and I went with the medium size but it still does slouch when I wear the arm band so I will use this band to protect my sensor patch while I’m in the shower or exposed to dirt/debris while gardening. The fabric has good stretch and was easy to apply with one hand. The band acts as an extra layer of protection for my sensor. There are two regions of non slip silicone which helps to keep the band on the arm. What I dislike about the Nooneast Upgraded Diabetes Insulin Arm Band for Freestyle Libre Omnipod Dexcom Sensor Cover: The band does slouch when wearing the band and I’m afraid it will slouch to much and pull my sensor loss. The two bands of silicone are thin and not substantial enough to prevent the band from slipping or slouching.

Too small for my arm
I ordered the XL size based on the sizing chart, but it was too tight on the arm making it very difficult to put it over the Freestyle Libre 3 unit. The arm band appeared to be well made and exactly as described on Amazon, but it is useless if it is not sized properly.

Comfortable and does what it needs to do. Would like additional color options.
As a new wearer of a continuous glucose monitor, I’m still a little bit self conscious about it being visible to others. That and I’m still worried about accidentally bumping it and having it come loose. When I saw this arm band I immediately thought it could solve several of my personal issues as stated above. It is comfortable, sizing was good for me and it does the job.At the current price of $17.99, I personally think it’s a bit expensive.I wish there were additional colors besides black and white. Perhaps it’s only an aesthetic thing for me, but I’d like to have other color options available to perhaps have it blend in a bit more with existing clothing in my wardrobe.

Comfortable Arm Band
It's so comfortable you don't know it's there. Won't slide up or down on your arm.

Too small, size up, I do not recommend
The Upgraded Diabetes Insulin Arm Band for Freestyle Libre Omnipod Dexcom Sensor Covers does not fit me. I got the XXXL size that is supposed to fit 15.7-18.1 inches I am over ten inches under the maximum size for the band and it absolutely does not fit. It cuts off the circulation of my arm and is painful. There is no "icy sensation" as described on the product page. Even if this item fit and worked as intended it would not replace and adhesive cover. I have a Freestyle Libre 3 sensor that I use with an adhesive cover. I wanted this cover to preserve my sensor and stop my adhesive patch from being lifted by sleeve friction. The band has grippy silicone stitched on the edges to secure the band, I could see this going wrong on a softer arm and roll or shift and put pressure on the sensor and possibly dislodge it. The band seems well stitched and well-constructed. It smells like chemicals, wash before use.I cannot recommend this arm band after my experience with it. If a purchaser wanted to try this band I recommend sizing up, especially if you are not on the smallest range of the size recommendations.

silky to the touch / *** but be sure to measure your arm size and get the right size.
This is like a protective fabric cuff to protect the Freestyle Libre, Dexcom, etc diabetic sensors. It is very silky to the touch like a lycra fabric. The center portion is lighter fabric so that the sensor does not get too steamy or hot. Very breathable. The top and bottom ends are wrapped with that fabric and a elastic band **** but be sure to measure your arm to make sure you are getting the right size. If too loose, it will be hanging on your sensor, and if too tight, it will restrict blood flow. Definitely have to take it off while showering.
