If you like gadgets that do one thing and does it well, this is pretty cool.I tested it with some pork tenderloin, and I got finely sliced pieces of pork in about 3 seconds. Really easy.The blades must be really sharp it's so easy. Probably best to keep fingers away from the blades.

Normally I'd slice one at a time by manual knife and it would take me about 30 to 45 minutes with assistance for about 20kg worth of pork collar.With this, I'm able to cut through in 15 minutes but be aware if you're cutting for larger and thicker slices like sirloin steak, look elsewhere. Meat slicer is total rubbish. Tried to slice piece of tender steak and I would have been quicker using a cheese grater. Not worth the box it came in.
