Genesis Bifidobacterium Complex BB Probiotic 30 Capsules of 240 mg

Both the product and the seller deserve praise in my opinion. First off, I take my probiotics fermented to give them a bit of a boost. This also allows me to test the strength of the product. Poor quality probiotics don't ferment well - or at all. I fed the solution with chicory root inulin and sugar and the pills fermented beautifully. I alternated the pill with the fermented solution every other day. Bifidobacteria are good for people with histamine issues and they make my tummy calm down nicely. I have some IBS issues as well as skin problems and the product is very good for that. I noticed an improvement in my bowel movement and my tummy feels lighter too. Lacto-bacteria don't have that effect, if anything it makes me feel bloated or heavy in my gut. I struggled to find bifidobacteria complex and I'm really glad I've found this seller. As for the seller and their service, the product arrived in the UK ultra quickly in around a week, although Amazon indicated 3 weeks as delivery times. Some sellers mark products as 'dispatched' immediately to be able to collect the payment from the buyer whilst in reality they don't dispatch the product for another couple of days. This seller doesn't do that. The item was marked as 'dispatched' within a day and given the delivery time to the UK it must have beed genuinely shipped quickly. I have already placed two orders with them, both arrived equally quickly.

Used this product for histamine related anxiety/ibs issues for a number of months. Tried at least a dozen different single strain and multi strain probiotics, and this is the only one I can actually feel making a difference - couldn’t do without it. For me at least, it also has a relaxing, confidence enhancing effect - feels very gabaergic

These have the highest quantity of bifidobacterium per price of any pill I can find. And they come without the gas inducing strains of lactobacillus which I don't need.

Tried it for the first time and was glad that it worked so well on me. Purchased another four bottles and I am really happy with it.

would give 5 out of 5 if streptococcus thermophilus would be excluded from the mix.
