I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and wanted to make sure I gave it a couple of weeks of using it consistently before writing a review. This product has changed my life already in so many different ways! I got this supplement thinking it would help me with my stress levels since I have a pretty stressful job, and it did so much more! For one, I took this supplement one morning and also forgot to take my ADD medication a couple of days, but realized I focused 2X better after taking this supplement without my ADD medication. I also sleep so much better and wake up on my own every morning. I used to wake up to my alarm and hit snooze no less than 7 times before getting out of bed at the last minute. This would leave me feeling so behind and disheveled in the morning and throughout the day. No matter what I did I just couldn’t get up earlier. Now I wake up before my alarm at the same time every morning and have a burst of energy and clarity about what I want to achieve for the day! Also, I’m not so emotionally reactive when something upsets me now. I always try to regulate my emotions when something upsets me, but this supplement has made it so much easier to do, to the point of me laughing at the trivial things I used to get so bothered about. I’m so much more productive and overall happier. I even bought this for my mom, since she is also dealing with the similar things that I was. I haven’t noticed much of a different in my facial puffiness like other reviewers have, but that may be because I do regular lymphatic drainage exercises. I haven’t taken my ADD medication since I’ve started this supplement, since it’s just working so well for me. I certainly plan to continue ordering more of this!

I am one year post partum and I haven’t been able to fall into a deep sleep since the baby was born. I’m living in constant stress and always on guard. Once I wake up I have a very hard time going back to bed.The first night I tried this I was OUT immediately after the baby fell asleep. I’m still able to wake when he does but I fall back asleep after he does, over and over again through out the night.I take just the full dropper of this , along with magnesium lotion on my feet every single night.It has truly changed my life.No weight loss but I am loving my restful hours of sleep!! Thank you!!

I love these drops. I’m in my early 40s, so my body has changed, but I find these drops have helped me with my sleep with my mood (because I was moody before) lol.I also exercise and try to eat clean while taking these drops. But hey You will see a difference! Btw I’m on my second bottle!

It’s a little soon to tell.These drops combined with the moringa drops seem to be easing my stress levels

Love the flavor! I have started losing weight, but I'm not sure of this has helped or if it is the other things I am doing and have changed. I do feel like it has helped with my motivation! I was sleeping well already, so I want looking for help there. I'm glad it is helping others sleep though! Otherwise, I'm not sure what other benefits I'm seeing. But, if it is keeping me motivated to walk and move, I'm gonna keep taking it!

Gives me insomnia and stomach aches! Also dropper will not pull up the 2ml as the dose requires so you have to be careful in the amount your taking.

This product has mostly good reviews so I was hoping beyond, that it would help me sleep. I took 1 1/2ml since the maximum is 2 because of the dropper not being able to squeeze 1ml for each pump up. I took it before bed. HOWEVER, the first night, I still woke up multiple times and the second night, tonight, I had two very bad nightmares, one at 12:30am and one at 3 am. That is not normal for me to have nightmares. Therefore, I am puzzled over the effects of this product. Needless to say, my two nights of use, have not been positive. At all. Has anyone had this experience?

I have heard a lot about Cortisol, the stress hormone. I have been dealing w/excess hunger and stress eating. To me, this product is a miracle! I no longer have cravings nor do I eat, just to eat! This is my 2nd bottle and my clothes fit me better! Not sure if it is amino acid or the other ingredients, but this works for me! A+
