Muy decepcionado del producto, lo he usado poco y aún cuando lo usaba se descargaba rápidamente. En esta oportunidad lo dejé cargando separado del iPhone, luego de estar full carga, se lo coloqué al iPhone, presione el botón para empezar a cargar y olía a quemado además que recalentaba mucho en la zona de la carga. En ningún caso empezó a cargar de nuevo el iPhone. No me sirve más. Lo tengo en mi poder para ojalá el proveedor me pida se lo envíe y me den devolución del dinero o me lo cambien por otro nuevo.————————————-Very disappointed with this product. My dad loves this especially because he works in construction. So he is never low on iPhone battery. Plus the case is really durable.

Backup power case for iPhone pro works well, but would have rated the case better if it had a greater capacity. Also it is heavy.

I have had it for a few weeks now. I am a busy person who’s always on the go and always on call. I need my phone to be fully charged at all time. This case seems to be doing its job. I am very happy with my purchase.

I’d like to say it’s nice to have a battery in case all in one packageA and this one is a good package. However, as others have said, it does have a tendency to lift the protective glass on the front of your 16 Pro Max. And I know I put it on perfectly. If they had given it just a fraction more clearance it would’ve been perfect. The case itself is well-made and looks as though it would give a lot of Protection should the phone fall. As the lifting of the glass is not all that much of a problem for me I’m not returning this. I do like it. If they came out with one that’s been a little bit better I’d consider purchasing another. If you do purchase this follow the installation instructions to the “T” I know there is a tendency not to read the instructions because it looks very easy to install. However, following the instructions will make the installation process much better.Unfortunately, after a few days, the battery pack has ceased to charge my phone. My phone charges on the stand without the case. But it no longer charges in the case. The case does charge and indicates that it has a charge, but it no longer charges my phone. I’m going to have to return this one.

This thing is an absolute piece of junk. It doesn’t fit it doesn’t charge. It doesn’t work and oh my God it’s just a complete piece of trash and no matter how many times I try to insert it into my phone. I’m afraid of breaking my iPhone putting it in this case. it’s just garbage steer clear.
