Chums wallets are all I have used for a number of years. They are tough, durable, lightweight and simple. I found my first Chums wallet at REI in Seattle and picked it up to take on a backpacking trip- once I returned from the backcountry I was convinced this was the wallet for me. Love it!!

I like this wallet. But there’s a couple annoyances. First, the rfid blocking card is essentially just aluminum foil tape on thin cardboard. If you’re wading in water for any amount of time the cardboard center gets saturated and the aluminum foil peels right off. They could have easily put it on plastic so the water doesn’t ruin it. The second annoyance that I had was that the mesh material is a little stiff which can make the zipper a bit harder to undo when it’s zipped all the way. I suspect as the mesh softens up and breaks in that this wont be an issue. So these minor annoyances. I love the bright color and I love that its not going to stay wet all day in your pocket or collect sand or dirt!

OK. Just a smidge too small to get CC and ID cards in and out easily of the main compartment...have to kind of struggle with that.

I love this wallet the zipper. I gave one to my stepdaughter as well and she likes it as well. I rarely carry a purse so I can keep my ID, credit cards and keys on this then stick it in my side pocket on my yoga pants. My only complaint is with Amazon. They kept sending me the wrong color. I was able to call Chums customer service using the number for product support on Amazon. I got right through to someone in customer service who was very kind. By this time I had returned the wallet once and was getting ready to return it again. She listened patiently to my story and said they would send me the right color and to keep the one that was the one how was the wrong color. I emailed them supporting documentation and they emailed me back that they also are sending an extra one since I told the person how much I loved their wallet. As an added bonus for my troubles they are sending me a Peter James Glenn Bandana since I tried to return it twice to Amazon with no luck. Could not be happier with the product or the customer service from Chums.
