Q: Does it work with Nexus 6p?

It's called an ad hoc network. You connect directly device-to-device (peer to peer) WITHOUT a hub. See the IEEE 802.11 standard.

Q: Is the Sony QX100 really worth twice the price of the QX10? Looks like the QX10 has a 10x Z w/ 18MP 1/2.3" sens vs the QX100's 3.6x Z & 20MP 1" sens.

Honestly no. If you are looking for a point and shoot type camera then the QX10 is your camera. It is full auto has no manual aspects to it. I returned my QX 10 and hope the QX100 will come down in price some.

Q: can it work for ipad ?

Sony is releasing an adapter called the SPA-TA1 which will allow the QX series cameras to be attached to tablets. The PlayMemories Mobile app is in the App Store for iOS and works fine on WiFi enabled iPads, even Gen 3 (though it lags a ton with G3 iPads it does technically work). The latest updates to the app allow for a far faster connection than previously available to iOS users so things have definitely been improving in that regard. The SPA-TA1 adapter will only be available in Japan upon release so be prepared to buy from Amazon.jp lol but I'm sure it'll make its way over here eventually.
