I purchased this to help with whitening my teeth. I used it a handful of times over the last two weeks and it seems to help with whitening my teeth which was the purpose of the purchase.

I bought this as something to use to help "purify" my teeth and gums prior to brushing. I was also anticipating a mind-blowing whitening as a result. Really, the only thing it does it make my teeth slightly less sensitive when swishing water after brushing. I haven't noticed any difference in the color of my teeth or general overall gum health.

Very good, but a little pricey for the amount you get. They should also use glass bottles.

Dislike the taste, seems OK but I like just plain coconut better. Wouldn't recommend
