Luckily these GH-1000 for Men Hormone Support capsules are easy to swallow, because you have to swallow quite a few of them. Three per day, taking each with water on an empty stomach, which isn't the most convenient thing if you've got a memory like mine. I wonder if they might help memory?The ingredients are an interesting combo of amino acids with added Ginseng and Maca. The best way to take most single aminos in on an empty stomach because if you take them with any protein, in a drink or meal, then they don't get absorbed as effectively. I'm not sure how amino-combo's like this one might work but the empty stomach idea probably still applies.I'm a bit dismissive of Maca, which I've taken on and off for years, because it's really just a turnip with delusions of grandeur and its own mythology. Plus I don't think there's enough if it in here to do anything much and the same might also be true for the Panax Ginseng. As an amino supplement it's interesting and if it really does stimulate the Pituitary Gland it could have many benefits. However I haven't taken it long enough to see a difference, they recommend a minimum of 16 weeks which is two of these packs. Quite a pricey experiment if it does nothing.

As per the photos with this review the 168 capsules come in a plastic sealed tub. With the tub having a plastic seal around the lid and then 2 seals, paper and a foil, you can rest assured that these capsules will not have been tampered with and will be as they left the manufacturing process.Per the photo of a capsule next to a 1p coin, the capsules are typical capsule size and I have found them easy to swallow.Worth pointing out that although the tub contains 168 capsules it you stick to the recommended daily intake of 3 capsules then the tub contains 56 days supply. Likewise the ‘Amount per Serving’ given on the box and on the label on the bottle for each of the ingredients are also based on taking capsules per day – so 1/3rd these figures to get the amount per capsule.I can’t yet comment on the long term effect these tablets will have as I have only been taking them for 3 days. What I can say is I have suffered no side effects and have generally felt good since starting taking them, and based on the ingredients included I have no reason to doubt that they will have a positive impact for middle aged men and upwards.Tub I received has a BBE of April 2026 which is around 18 months from time of order.Based on current selling price of £25 for 56 day supply I feel these are edging towards being priced on the higher side.
