Best Amino Acids and Electrolytes product I have used in my workouts especially at this price. Mixes well and tastes great and relieves muscle cramping-as a matter of experience I have not had any cramping since beginning this.

great taste, smells good. very effective, i have used Xtend and Jym brand bcaa's in the past, this is noticeable difference.(presumably the difference of full Eaa's not just bcaa's). I take a full scoop before a workout or soccer game and have full energy to the end, with full focus and less muscle fatigue, barely any soreness after. ill even take half a scoop mid-afternoon some days in place of a coffee. i really think people underestimate amino acids and how they work in our body vs things like caffeine and pepper extracts used in other things to stimulate your body.

Love the taste. But I mix it with 1 liter of water. 8oz of water is too sweet with 1 scoop

This is it. I love that it combines BCAAs EAAs and electrolytes in one. I find my recovery from intense workout has become much faster and better since I started using this. And the taste!!! So nostalgic. Nailed the rocket moon pop flavor to a tee. So refreshing. I even take it when I didn’t work out just to get my electrolytes in and to get my water down - tastes do good with cold water. Very good value for what it delivers in ingredient stack. High quality, Reebok you nailed it on this one.

Exactly what I was looking for.

It does the job of hydrating but the flavor is terrible and stevia is overwhelming. Maybe to mask this yucky flavor. I can’t seem to finish the container. Their lemonade flavor is much more palatable but it too has too much stevia.
