Had them in for a couple of days and am noticing less knee pain. I like the height customization for each foot. I will need to get extra ones for my other shoes.

I've been using them daily for about a month now in different pairs of shoes. The three-layer design is really clever - I started with just one layer to get used to the feeling, then gradually added the second layer after a week. The material quality is impressive - the silicone top layer has a honeycomb pattern that provides nice cushioning and doesn't slide around in my shoes. What I really like is how versatile they are - I've used them in everything from my work boots to casual sneakers without any issues. They're easy to transfer between different shoes and the clear ones are practically invisible in my sandals. The black pair is a bit more noticable but still discrete enough. After a few weeks, the sticky backing did collect some lint and lost some grip, but following the instructions to wash them with soap and water and letting them air dry completely restored the stickiness. They take up a bit of room in tighter shoes, so you might need to loosen laces a bit to accommodate them. I've also noticed they do compress slightly after all-day wear but bounce back after resting overnight. One minor complaint is that the edges can be felt slightly in thinner-soled shoes, but this isn't an issue with most of my footwear. I've definitely noticed more even wear patterns on my shoes since using these inserts, which should help my favorite pairs last longer. The option to layer and modify the height and support dependent on how my feet were feeling on a specific day was quite helpful to me since I have a modest amount of overpronation to begin with. One of the most impressive aspects of the product, in my opinion, is its versatility. This was especially noticeable after I had tried a few other configurations beforehand. My legs and feet felt much different at the end of the day compared to when I wasn't wearing them. Now at 65 years old I feel the paln from doing that for so long every step I take. These inserts have given me back my joy of walking and working around the yard outside. They can be adjusted to the height I need them at because they are in 3 different parts for each foot. That really helps as for some reason I need to raise my right foot more than I do the left one. My feet, my ankles, my knees and even my back felt better almost immediately. I really had not expected as much relief in so many areas as what they have given me. They fit in my shoes with no issues at all and once I realized how much better I was doing I placed an order for more sets to put in my other shoes and boots as they are made to stick in the shoes so my foot doesn't go sliding around and twisting my feet and legs.

These don't work. They are tiny little heel insoles, like 2-3 inches long, they didn't do a thing!
