Great pearch. I use this at my food bowls. The surface is rough and helpful with beakie cleaning after feeding. Its easy to clean. Highly recommend.

It's nice stainless steel, and will last longer and it does seem to be helping with my parrots claws. I put it in a area he goes to play with toys, but doesn't hang all the time, so he doesn't depend on it as his main branch, as I don't see metal or any [one] branch good for foot health. I also did not like the hardware, it made no sense to me to attach the bolt to the 'branch' through the cage, and makes it harder. It's a minor inconvenience, but an annoying one if you decide to do placement in a odd spot of the cage. It would had been quite nice if they had connected it from the branch itself, instead. It was a bit pricey, but other than that, he's going to be able to use it to clean/wear his beak and wear his claws as he wishes and it'll last a lot longer than normal branches of it's kind. It just also has some down falls to be aware of.

I have a new Conure who had very sharp nails that dug into my fingers. Since I put this perch in his cage, I no longer deal with this issue. I highly recommend it!

My african Grey really likes this perch! It’s not liable to get “chewed up.” He needs something sturdy to stabilize him in his travel crate. I like things that work!

My bird loves this, and it actually helps to file her nails because of the finish on the perk.

It is meh, I worry about metals with my bird to begin with so I should have been more discerning. She doesn’t really use it. So o can’t tell you how it works. I do know it stays pretty cold and I don’t think she likes that.
