These Wonderwin heel wedge inserts have really helped with my supination and knee pain. The 3-layer adjustable design lets me customize the support, and the silicone material is super comfortable and stays in place all day. Perfect for improving foot alignment and posture. I got these and full shoe inserts. These might be helpful for some people but not for me. They didn't help me to not walk on the outside edges of my feet. A full insert is necessary in my opinion. Plus they don't stick very well and they slide. You have 3 layers and they aren't always the same size so one sticks out longer than the others. Yes, I absolutely lined everything up correctly. Honestly, go with a full insert. I feel like these can just be used as shoe lifts for height. They are at least comfortable in that they are a bit squishy.

When I tried to adjust the wedges higher, the wedge slid around in my shoe and separated. When I used them without the additional height,they worked well.

These are a nightmare to put together. Each insert has 3 different heights and to put them together you have to peel the protective film off of the insert and put the two or three inserts together depending on how high you need the insert to be. Putting the inserts together is very difficult and I tried multiple times, they were almost always misaligned either at the top or at the bottom. Then when I finally got the pieces together and put them in my shoes they felt very hard on my feet. The inserts did align my feet but they are hurting my heels.

We purchased these heel wedge insoles for our special needs daughter that rolls her ankle often even in double depth orthopedic shoes. This has helped her new shoes to last longer and we love the fact that it is multi-layered so you can choose how high you need. These work well, highly recommend!

These would be great, but the part that adjusts your heel is too far back. Either that or it needs to cover more surface. They're also very hard. I don't recommend these.
