Vital information
This book is not only timely and well-written but contains information that most medical professionals are not aware of i.e. the link between nutrition and mental health. The chapters are of variable quality - some a review of the subject whilst others are are more a personal account but all are written by experts in the field and well-referenced. A revelation to many of us struggling with mental health issues either professionally or personally. I would recommend this also to all students of nutrition.

Excellent study tool!
A must to read book for anyone interested in the relationship between mental health and nutrition. The facts given are based on numerous researches done in different countries by various practitioners. The book is presented in a simple and clear way and is understandable and useful for readers with little nutritional knowledge, as well as experienced practitioners.

Invaluable information
Once I'd got through the technical jargon and ignored the referencing (after almost every sentence?!) the information was invaluable. I will, no doubt, continue to use the information time and again and refer to the book for the detail.
