My son absolutely loves this lava lamp. I got it to go in his room and it looks perfect! I absolutely love this lava lamp. There are tons of color options which is really neat! There’s a color option to fit any mood! This lava lamp is functional and a good size. It’s not too small or too big. It’s pretty bright at night with the lights turned off. My son uses it as a night light. It also has the option to make it brighter or dimmer which is nice. The light that the lamp gives off is warm and peaceful. This lamp also has a timer so it turns off after 8 hours so I don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off.

Would give zero stars if I could, I got for my sons new room I set it up yesterday turned it on it took 30-45 min for the lava to even start moving had it on for maybe 3-4 hours and noticed the lava was not really moving so I turned it off turned it on again the next day and the lava was not moving really at all I moved it to get the lava to break up and move and now it’s just like the picture I attached . . . Really only got to enjoy it for legit 4 hours (if that) before I totally stopped working Correctly, also the remote to change the colors and turn it on and off didn’t work AT ALL . Product is very disappointing. Had it set up/on for less then 24 hours and I’m already returning it tomorrow.

I received the box with the lamp in it. The box looks fine. There’s no dents. The box is perfect. Went to take the lamp out immediately saw that the edge of the base was bent, took out the base and there’s a huge dent in it. I plugged it in and it seemed to work and after the allotted time it did what it should’ve done . It just looked bad with the dent. When I tried the remote (new batteries) it didn’t work, so I emailed the seller on the 5th and today (7th) I got a response saying that they’ll send new base and remote. So far, I’m satisfied with the purchase and the customer supportI will update with new updated pic when it comes in.

I have always been a lover of lava lamps and my grandson is too. I got this for him for Christmas and he absolutely loves it using it every day.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I bought this because of all the good reviews so I’m going to share my experience.From the reviews, I expected it to need about 3 hours to warm up and run. I ran it 3 separate times for 8 hours each (it cuts itself off after 8 hours). The wax never once left the bottom. I thought I had a defective model so I ordered a replacement.The replacement came. I again ran it for 3 separate times at 8 hours each. Again, there was no movement at all. This time I saw the pamphlet in the box with a customer service email address. I emailed them and they basically just said “try again”. So I ran it 2 more times. In their defense, on the 2nd time (5 times overall, roughly 36 hours in) it did start to move a bit. The next time I ran it I got some movement after about 4 hours. The times I have ran it since have been hit or miss. The times it did work, it took like 4 or 5 hours to get to that point. And again, it cuts off after 8. It seems very unlikely that I got 2 defective units, although I will say many reviewers commented about how hot it gets and mine never got particularly hot. So I’m not sure what the deal is, but I am returning both of them and buying a normal lava lamp.

Beautiful colors. My son loves to keep his on red as it's his favorite color, but the buttons on the remote work perfectly to change the colors, and it does what it's supposed to do. Good cord length with on/off switch works and it does stay warm as the stickers indicate so just be careful and make sure you kids know that as well.
