Best coffee and love it

I have been debating for years about getting one of these. We stayed at an AirBnB that had one, and I was HOOKED. within a week of returning from our vacation, I bought this one. No issues so far! The coffee is amazing. I prefer strong coffee, and with the keurig, I always have to use to k cups on the smallest cup to get the strength and amount of coffee I want. With the nespresso, that's not necessary. Great cup of strong coffee, and I love that I can switch from regular coffee to espresso with no extra fuss. Highly recommend.

I used a Nespresso Vertuo machine for about 3 years. Once I found my favorite pod flavor, results were good. As expected, there were many pod types I did not like, but finally found my favorite to be Ice Leggero to make my daily double espresso, and placed regular pod orders. I paired it with a Nespresso milk frother. All was good until I received a damaged shipment of Nespresso pods which rendered them unusable. I contacted Nespesso 3 times to try to replace the damaged pods, but they would not make it right. Since their coffee is pricey, I decided this was not a company I wanted to continue to do business with. So I switched to L'or.

I had been wanting to buy this nepresso machine for a while. I have the original model and really like the ease of use and flavor. I finally picked this model and wanted to love it, but was totally disappointed because the coffee was not hot at all and the taste was so unpleasant.
